My family has gotten dominios from this location for 3 years now, sometimes pick-up, mostly delivery though. We live in an apartment complex, and it’s a maze, so I have made sure I give as much ease to the drivers by going out to our streets and meeting them if they call having any troubles.
The workers are often times kind and considerate, including one driver Daniel, he’s a saint. The food however does not meet these expectations, it is sometimes burnt, sometimes undercooked, most times flat out wrong in more ways than one. This including but NOT limited to meat on/in any type of food specifically ordered without meat, pizza toppings either wrong or misplaced (Ex. Half and half not being half and half but full, or missing a topping entirely), receiving the incorrect drinks. You name it, they’ve probably done it.
You write it down don’t you? I’m speaking your language? I want the food that I ordered please, this is ridiculous.
My kindness in going out for my food is no longer an “If they have problems” issue but a “which road will it be this time” issue. They are kind, and wonderful, and I do understand it is a maze, but make an effort? I’m unsure if higher-ups tell them to not even bother with apartments because it sure feels like it. If I’m leaving my house, I might as well just get in the car and get it myself, which I have had to do on multiple occasions because they won’t even enter the premises. I payed for delivery, and had to pick it up? Not quite what delivery means.
But, when they make the food right, it’s good. Real good, and worth the money.
I’m not a picky eater, but man does this location make those words weak.

Dude this dominos is great. Some crazy lady was complaining about her wings not being well done. And as an ex dominos employee I could see that they were cooked. It’s towards the end of the day and she’s being the worst kind of customer. Literally degraded the cashier. But the crew here handled it well and calmly. I’m making this comment cuz we have to great fast food workers BETTER! always loved this dominos

Uhm, are ya’ll ok?? This was a “ thin crust” pepperoni pizza. Part of my crust was not even there, did someone eat it? Who knows. Pizza was obviously sliced perfectly. Oh and in case i changed my mind they only put pepperoni on 1/2 of my pizza. Parmesan bites were just uncooked bread balls. Everyone in there high as a kite, some lady in the back eating a chicken wing and talking towards the register. Makes me wonder about cleanliness while food is being prepared. Will never get food from here again, beware.

Keith had delivered my food to the incorrect building. He must have just assumed. So, the “manager” Khalid Jones tell me that I gave too much unnecessary information when adding my address for delivery online. I gave my address correctly. He insisted that I was wrong with my delivery instructions. Then claimed that he lived in these apartments, then he would know the confusion is on the driver. Not me. Clearly that was a lie. Never again. I don’t do business with liars.

Ordered lunch through the app. It said 20 minutes. We showed up in 20 minutes, and they hadn’t even started our order. Waited another 15 minutes, still not even working on it. We canceled the order and went to somewhere else. Great use of our lunch break.

The people at my store are so nice and professional. My favorite is the manager, he knows his usual clients by name, always smiling even when super busy. I enjoy going to the store in person. He deserves a raise and a promotion for being so courteous and professional!
