Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip is my favorite flavor. The chips are huge, they should call them chunks.
They currently have Peppermint Stick, it is only Available Late November through December Only.
The Bakery Goods look great. They must have had about a hundred pre-orders for Christmas waiting to be picked up.

Great ice cream spot with a friendly vibe! The staff is very welcoming, and the ice cream selection is fantastic – you really can’t go wrong. They offer delicious seasonal summer flavors like peach and pineapple that are definitely worth trying. I had the irresistible dark chocolate brownie, and it was hands down the best! The shop is located in a small shopping center right next to a mini golf course, making it a perfect treat stop with the kids after a game. There are also outdoor benches where you can relax and enjoy your ice cream during warm weather. Highly recommend!

The west side of Cincinnati is a good place. Its food is dismal, though, and anyone reading this knows it. For a large part of a big city, the west side restaurants are dreadful, dismal, and bland.Yet, here is an institution that has maintained standards and delivers an excellent product every time.
The ice cream is the best there is. I deducted a star because the experience should be a magical one. You are dealing in ice cream, which is joy. Show this joy in everything you do.Trust me, we will come when we feel heard when we order, when we are smiled at. We will pay more for your cones because when we leave, you took us out of the drudgery , sadness, low point, even just for fifteen minutes to step into a clean , beautiful place with marvels of ice cream all around. The young workers need more joy sometimes. Get engaged. Have some passion. My gosh, if I worked there, this would be the best-selling Graeters in the city because I would want to do it and hustle and smile. I don’t see that with some of the people who work here. That said, can someone nominate Val for being the greatest worker that this store has ever had? She’s a delight, professional, and the ONLY one who knows how to truly make a phosphate. So I am the only one who orders them? So what? Teach them to do this. Learn from Val to be a leader and to make a phosphate and bring the magic back to this place. This lady is graceful ,smiles, and is a national treasure. Learn from her.

On a very good note, Graeter’s has set the bar where it should be, and the other west side establishments need to pay attention. It should not be this bad for food and treats , but paraphrasing Casablanca, we will always have Graeter’s.

Graeter’s Ice Cream in Union, KY is seriously overpriced. I paid nearly $20 for just 2 single scoop waffle cones and 1 single scoop cup. That’s insane when you realize you can walk into Kroger and buy an entire pint of Graeter’s Black Raspberry Chip for around $6 – only about 25% of what you’d spend for a few small scoops here. On the good side, their Black Raspberry Chip ice cream is amazing, no doubt about it. But honestly, the prices in-store just don’t match up with reality.

Delicious ice cream! Was able to have a Sundae for the first time in years, and Graeter’s did not disappoint! Excellent selection, many great flavors, very nice and patient employees. Store also had fresh baked goods (cookies, pies, bread) and various chocolate options. Well worth a visit!

I love Graeter’s, probably always will, but employees (young and old) need to be mindful of customer perception and basic food safety . . . WASH. YOUR. HANDS!!! When you come from the back room and I, the customer, I have no clue what you last touched. After handling cleaning products or a broom and dustpan, after you scratch your nose/touch your hair/touch your apron or clothes that are due for a wash . . . The customer shouldn’t have to worry that your germs are being passed on to them. The customer should not have to ask you to. You work in food service . . . Wash your hands.
