I’ve been to many Papa John’s pizza stores. The manager (Seth) at this location, needs to be acknowledged for his outstanding customer service. Always friendly and professional! It’s rare to find good employees these days. I’ve worked for this company some years back and I appreciate everything they do. Thank You Seth for always making my visit a 5 start experience!

I placed a large order for the office I work in. Placed the order for 11:15 delivery time and 11:30 came around and nothing arrived. I called the store and the manager stated it is in the oven now. I asked him what happened as we asked for a 11:15 delivery and we’ve had zero communication about it possibly being delivered later. He said he was sorry but he didn’t take the order and it would be an additional 30 minutes. I let him know I was upset as I placed the order at 9:30am. We got off the phone and he called me back and said I placed the order for the following day and he has to fix my mistake. I let him know the confirmation I received when placing this order showed today’s date and it would make no sense for it to be placed for the following day but apparently it’s in the oven now. He said he would have to contact tech to transfer my order to today. He stated he would call me back. He called me back not even 3 minutes later and told me he would have to void my entire order and I would have to replace it. I asked him if I could place it with him now in which he stated he is too busy to take an order now and I can submit it online. Don’t waste your time with this location. Awful customer service.

Ordered Pan Pizza with buffalo wings and got it in 30 minutes, and piping hot. I ordered extra cheese, and they didn’t disappoint. The driver was pleasant. Overall it was an excellent experience by this establishment.

Second time I have received an order that was not properly cooked and looks like it slid while being delivered as half of the pizza toppings shifted to one side of the pizza. I don’t know what’s going on but clearly no one is reading the order instructions or checking things before they send it out???

We love papa John’s pizza. I haven’t had any in a while and we decided to get some the other night. It was great. I forgot how much I loved it. Plus the pepperoncini you get on the side! The service was quick and it was priced right. We’ll be going back there again.

When i placed my order with papa john’s i was anticipating some really hot cheesy goodness for my pizza. I customised my order online and the first blunder was the estimated delivery time which was 80 minutes (i was already hungry guys….). The delivery time was a lot shorter than expected (45 minutes) and my pizza was still hott! When i saw the pizza, i was honestly expecting something so great that i would never return to my sole Caribbean pizza stop (Dominoes). This pizza just made me want Dominoes more. The dough was too thick, the toppings were too scarce and i could barely taste the difference between the beef and veggie halves of the pizza. I tried it with and without the jalapeno pepper and there was no great change. Tried it with the garlic sauce as well…no big difference. I was honestly disappoined with the delivery time, the taste and the price ( i felt like i paid way too much for one pizza $24). Im not sure i will order papa john’s again.
