This KFC is built completely crazy, just getting in and out is way more of a nightmare than it should be. They have screwed up my order every single time that I have made the mistake of coming here. The food is never great, especially compared to their prices. This last visit, I got some of the worst food that I have gotten at KFC in years. The app said 20 to 30 minutes, but I got there in 10 to 15 and my food was ready. All of our food was ice cold, rubbery, and looked like it had been sitting around for hours. The breading on the chicken was rock hard and weirdly chewy. Nothing really looked right, and it definitely didn’t taste right. I’m just happy it didn’t make me or my family sick. Most of our order was wrong, which is not unusual for this location. The last time I ordered from here the food wasn’t ready, and they couldn’t find the order in the system even though it was in the app. It seems like there’s either no management or really poor management, and the regular employees are just left to run the store. The fries had gravy on them, and you could tell that they been sitting in that gravy long before I placed my order.

It is all I have come to expect from Kentucky fried Chicken exclamation. This is a new location in 2025 so the dining room is brand new. The servers and servers are very good and The food here is consistently Great! The automobile entrance is a little weird and exit is to the South only.

Live near and they are a great location. I only had one wrong order out of 25+, and they went above and beyond to fix it. The manager with black hair is completely professional and handled it more than could have been expected. If there were 6 stars I would give it.

We ordered through the KFC app and it was delivered via DoorDash and I was not pleased with the service nor the food itself. We had a somewhat large order and half our order was not delivered. Although the girl Rachel, who I assume was a manager, rectified the mistakes and was nice and professional it still does not take away the fact I paid for delivery and a tip and the order was not correct. I had to go pick up the rest of the order later that evening and the girl who gave me my food was very nice and pleasant. We ate the food after that and it was not good at all which only made me more annoyed. The chicken didn’t seem like it was cooked long enough (we had to pop it in the air crisper) and the sides were mediocre at best. I will not be ordering from this location again in the future even though they are a newly constructed location.

Absolutely disgusting behavior. Walked in to order. There were a few people dining, I’m white, the other patrons are black. Stood in line while this girl leaned up against the counter, pretending I wasn’t even standing there. Another couple came in whom were black, and she perked right up, and asked them what they’d like to order. Not once was I acknowledged, so I left. Lovely employees you have there. I can only assume it was due to my skin color at this point… way to keep racism alive.

They gave me raw chicken
Update: I gave them a 2nd chance after 5 months of not visiting. They gave me raw chicken again. So glad I didn’t eat the chicken. I will never go back after this.

We frequent this restaurant on our way to softball practice. Restaurant is always very clean. Service is friendly and efficient. Manager on duty said hello and ask how our experience was. Food was hot and delicious. Very happy this is a home cooked alternative on busy evenings.

Worst kfc they don’t even understand how to have a functional entrance or exit, you turn in on the road that is the safest possible entrance only to find out they blocked the entrance from that side and the only way in is to try and go back across all 4 lanes on a hill to try and go back once again across all 4 lanes to enter the side area, complete incompetence would not trust the food

My girlfriend and I went through the drive not to long ago we got home realized that they didn’t give us everything we ordered so my girlfriend and I went back there and she went inside to go get our food that was missing and one of the workers said to another that my girlfriend probably ate and just wants more food because she ordered mashed potatoes we forgot
