I use to visit this location very frequently in the past, I just started back stopping over here because of my new job. There is a lady who sometimes there alone and she’s always super rude! She literally gives out an off putting energy every time I see her there. Lastly the cookies are always hard! Even if I come supper early to try to get fresh ones unfortunately it just seems like they have kept the same ones from yesterday. I don’t see this location being around to much longer.

Stopped on way to Florida would recommend driving right by next time. The manager not very friendly- she did not know the items that were on the bar – a topping that goes one the sandwich- just kept repeating the name subway crunch – and we are asked what it was and she said Subway crunch….I. sorry….what is it??? The toppings didn’t not appear fresh – the other employee was so kind and tried her best she gets the two stars. Overall not worth the money or time. Order the dippers and they were crunchy? And powdery? Just yuck. The cookies did not disappoint . The churro was chewy and did not taste good. It was trashed.

Worse Subway sandwich I’ve ever rec’d, from a Subway shop. I do not recommend this Subway location to anyone. The bread was burnt and very hard. You could tell it was old and not fresh. No vegetables available. Cost way too much for what we got. Service was awful; employees disrespectful to customers. This place needs new management and employees, or be closed.

Pretty lady fixed my 12″ up in no time. She took so much pride n her work as she loaded it. I will be coming again real soon. Happy ending to a hard hard day. I left her with a smile and I was very gratified and relaxed after she performed her excellent service showing me how she could whip a my 12″ into shape and have it prepared nicely for a watering and craving mouth to take all the way down swallow by swallow. Her skills brought a tingle to my insides and huge bursting eruption of flavor in the mouth. Do juicy it was running out both sides of the mouth. What a load to take in the face with confidence it will be great all the way until the last gulp.

They’re making sandwiches, I get it. But, common etiquette was missing. Sandwich was hot, bathrooms were locked and “out of order.” Really? Okay, cannot prove they weren’t out of order, so I guess I must take their word. However, customer service was severely lacking. Tried to converse with associates and they weren’t interested. Okay, no problem. But, at least greet the customer and tell them goodbye. Use civility and common etiquette. People need to realize that they aren’t just selling food, but a return visit. I’ll keep driving next time. But, sandwich was hot. Did I mention that?

Atleast once a week their card machine is down , I went there today and the sigh on the door.
Out of onions, lettuce, spinach, meatballs Ect……., It is always something with this & Oakridge Drive location.
I live in between these two stores but I’ve gotta learn that I might as well drive across town, smh

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst subway I have ever been to in my life. It is dirty. The employees do not do their jobs they roll their eyes at you when you drive up because you are requiring them to do something other than sit outside and smoke. In the past 4 years I have broke down and gone here 3 times because it is the closest fast food option to where I live. Each time has been an awful experience. They are always out of something or just straight up rude. To top it off I worked an extra shift today and went in to grab something so I could go to bed when I got home tonight. The employee that was in there tonight came back inside after I walked in and processed to make the my sandwich without washing his hands first. GROSS! From now on I will just keep driving.

I wish I took a picture. Unfortunately, as much as I usually we enjoy subs, I was disappointed when I received my order of a 12 in. pro, meatball marinara. First, they only had wheat or white bread. Second, when I tried digging into the L-shaped takeout bag that was my order I found the paper stuck and soaked on my bread. It’s toppings misplaced in heaps and groups, rather than spread evenly upon the sandwich. Lastly, I saw the preparer make three subs, yet not once, did I see him wash his ungloved hands. I do not recommend this location at all.

The tuna sub on flat bread is amazing. They could have put a bit more tuna on it but none the less is is always my favorite thing to eat. They were their masks and made sure everyt everything was clean at all times.
