Awesome “spot” to stop for lunch or dinner. Sometimes I stop 3-4 times a week on my commute! Great sauce flavors and seasoning choices for the always crispy fries. Tried cheesecake bites and wasn’t disappointed. Definitely a top recommendation. ⚡️

First time trying this place which is 2 blocks from my house. Food was very fresh but the flavor needs a little more boost. I tried the atomic sauce and it wasn’t super hot, but then again I do have high tolerance to spicy food. The place is mostly clean, just need to pay more attention on the chairs as they were a little dirty! I tried the garlic parmesan and it was alright, I also got the bread sticks and it was bland and oily. My wife had the buffalo fries and it was pretty good. At the end 2 things stood out, the fresh chicken & the sweet friendly young girl at the register. I will visit again!

I was only disappointed because one of my employees hyped it up too much. It was good, but maybe not worth a 45 minute drive. I do recommend the chipotle buffalo fries if you are going to try something.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your 9332 Washington Ave, Pico Rivera, CA 90660 location.
I recently visited your establishment and asked to use the restroom before making a purchase. The cashier rudely informed me that I needed to purchase something first and denied my request. My colleague then purchased shakes and soda, explicitly stating that we needed to use the restroom. Although we were allowed to proceed to the restroom, the cashier did not provide the access code, causing us embarrassment in front of other customers.
I believe this level of service is unacceptable. I kindly request that you address this issue with your staff to ensure that future customers are treated with respect and courtesy.

It only takes a few extra seconds to check customers bag before giving them an order without fries when a combo was ordered. Then have the audacity to question asking “are we sure the fries weren’t in there?”. Yes, we’re sure YOU messed up . Who in the world would drive all the way home and come all the way back to try and get some fries. Horrible ! Come on now!

Was greeted with sincere friendliness and attended with smiles. I had a great time and enjoyed all different flavors of sauces. The prices were reasonable and will go back for more wings. Staff member helped with my packages to my ride since I was being picked up by a medical van. Will go back again.
