So i ordered pizza last night. Noone told me about the wait times. And it took over an hour for my pizza to get here. Called back that night manager. Gave me credit. So i call next afternoon to use it. And whoever it was on the phone. Was very rude with me. Asking if ate it was it cold instead of answering my question about how much credit did i have i want to be compensated for how rude that person was over the phone with me. They had a smart ass attitude. And was very short with me they dont need to be answering the phones at all

I ordered the St.Judes special 2 large pizza stuff cheesy bread a 2 liter bbq wings and a Philly steak by delivery 1 hour 20 minutes later I called to check on delivery said it was on its way 40 minutes later called back spoke with manager said my order got mixed up with someone else’s but theybwould make it fresh get me coupons and credit my account 45 mine later got our food it was awful Decided today to give them another try order the st.judes special again with a medium special had no credit on my account at all paid 56.00 for order and it was awful our pizza wasn’t even sliced at all barely cooked crust hard just ridiculous and it says their calls are recorded maybe someone at corporate should pay closer attention to them because they do not care at all about customers. They deliver to me but I can’t order online because it wont accept my address so when I call to tell them theybsay there is nothing they can do and ibcant have online deals seriously get it together.

My pizza had olive seeds in it that are impossible to see. I didn’t notice util I bit it. As humans, we’re all guilty of mistakes but this mistake could NOT have been prevented. I took it up there where she gave me a refund and apologized. She made things right and that’s what matters to me. Great team and manager.

I really enjoyed my order, which was received hot and correct. However, I am concerned about the employees who deliver. I was charged a 4.99 delivery fee, and yet still needed to tip the driver because they don’t receive one cent of that delivery fee. It’s their car and their gas. What the hell, Domino’s?

I love the people at this Domino’s they are always friendly, and they honestly know how to make the food perfect. I will say they deserve 5 stars. Yes, they are human and only 2 times out of the many many orders in 5 years. Have I ever been a little disappointed, and it wasn’t as good. But honestly, they never really disappoint me. The staff is awesome, and they really are the best.
