I was starving and decided to roll the dice on Uber Eats for a pizza craving. As is always the case with this type of food adventure, you never know how it is going to work out. Well, today I fought the good fight and lost. I hate to put out a negative review for a small spot that looks like a mom-and-pop operation, but I am a straight shooter and call balls and strikes.
I ordered a large pepperoni and specifically requested it extra crispy. What I received was a pizza with a crust as soft and lifeless as damp cardboard. There was zero structural integrity, and the “extra crispy” request was completely ignored.
To make matters worse, the sauce had enough sugar in it to make Willy Wonka gag. It is rare to find a savory dish that tastes more like a dessert. Oh well, tomorrow is another day.

Two hours to receive order after 30 mins on the phone trying to order then order confirmed verbally and in writing in two languages – still wrong. Two of the same pizzas, one minus one topping, nope too much to get right. $50 later and still have to reorder from somewhere else. No refund of course unless able to hold another 30 mins. Was our go to pizza place – now would go anywhere else.

On November 5th 2025, a double cheeseburger with fries was $12, it’s now November 11th,2025 and the price has gone up by $3 making it a $15 order, you only get a handful of fries and a decent double burger in no way is it worth $15! That is literally robbery!! beef is not that expensive!!! And neither is the small amount of fries you get. I will no longer be supporting this establishment this is one too many times they have messed up orders or changed prices at the drop of a dime, nothing new or special about the item except the higher price. SMH yall need to do better as a business. You’re literally stealing from the people keeping your doors open.

Great food here, the pizza is amazing & the pasta with broccoli I tried was good! 10/10 I definitely recommend coming here if you wanted to try NY style pizza or italian style pasta! Great service from the workers as well.

This is literally the best pizza in the West Bronx. It is perfectly made and absolutely delicious. I buy a pie at least every 2 weeks. I promise u, u will not be disappointed! Carlos is great. He will make your pizza to perfection! This pizzeria is the best! Nice & clean and welcoming. Shot out to Chris also! Everyone is extremely friendly! Great pizzeria for sure!

I would have rated an 0 stars but it wasn’t there I called to make an order at first they said hold on one second and they kept me on hold for over 13 minutes I had to call back and they said they was busy and they was rude telling me what do I wanted I was trying to tell them what as happened didn’t care and than they told me I will call you back really call me back I the customer not they friend will never call this place again don’t bother giving your money to this pizzeria no good service no money from me

I ordered a Pierre jose with crispy chicken. Then sent my order with grilled chicken then I called them back to let them know my order was wrong. They told me they would come and exchange my order. They never came, and hour later I got a phone from someone who i thought was the manager telling next i call would give a free small pie. Needless to say I am still waiting for my small. The guy is never in when I call. Place is a rip off. They also make you pay $1 per condiment. Crushed peppers. Oregano,Garlic powder. Then they never deliver them. But you were still charged. They always tell you next time.

Horrible service, dirty store, nasty attitudes from workers, 3/10 food and flavor the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! If I were to suggest coming here I wouldn’t, It’s absolutely or worth your time.
