Some of the team members here are extremely friendly, the rest are ok… But the drinks are as good as they typically are, and they are quite speedy! Nice dine-in if you have groceries to get and want a coffee while you shop. (They do have cart cup holders you can attach!)
Update: My most recent trip here, the girl making the drink was very sweet, understood exactly what I asked for when I asked for a modification, (and then did it right), plus made it look beautiful! It was truthfully the nicest looking drink I’ve ever gotten at a Caribou. Nice work!

A Caribou inside Lunds and Byerly’s grocery store. They had a kids menu which was great for my granddaughter. Hot cocoa had mini marshmallows and chocolate balls in it. My matcha latte with raspberry was yum.Super helpful and friendly staff here.

The employee was very racist to me who was working Thursday the 21st around 4:30pm. I was at counter waiting for her to serve me but she pretended that she was cleaning so I patiently waited for her. We made eye contact couple of times too. Then a white lady came next to me and she immediately said “how can I help you” to the white lady when I was standing there for 2 mins waiting for her to finish cleaning. I simply just walked away.
