The bb.q in our name stands for Best of the Best Quality, and that’s exactly what you can expect from every one of our restaurants. Alright so we ordered door dash yesterday from this place and we got og fried/garlic sauce and kimchi fried rice, it took almost 2hours and that’s fine because it was game day, and the food came wrong they put spicy sauce for og fried chicken and we asked refund for that, and they didnt even gave us refund. We’ve always loved the food at bb.q chicken and made it a tradition to eat there whenever we visited our child. However, a recent experience has left us deeply disappointed and reconsidering whether we’ll return.
Last August, the restaurant ran a fun promotion—spend a certain amount, play beer pong or spin the prize wheel, and win rewards. We participated, won a few prizes, and left the claim stubs with our child so he could redeem them later. When he returned to claim the prizes, the manager accused him of faking the stubs.
This was not only upsetting but also completely uncalled for. It’s unfortunate that what started as a fun experience ended with such a negative interaction
