I ordered from Uber Eats today. They didn’t give me the right orders. Missing my drink. I know it’s not cost a lots but I was ordered and waiting my food. It takes time and waste money. I can’t get a drink or money back. Please work hard and be careful to prepare your customers orders in the future. Happy New Year! Never come back or order again.

I had to change my review because my experiences have been terrible so many times in a row. Whenever Khoa is not working, I have a terrible experience and wait easily 20 minutes every time because the employees would rather make online orders while letting the line inside pile up instead of serve us. And the portions they gave were ridiculously small. This place is going downhill unless Khoa is working, he always gives me decent servings and great service. Everyone else needs to redo training or something.

I visited (12/06/2025) for a pickup order and experienced significant delays and confusion regarding the preparation process.
After waiting in the designated pickup area for about 5 minutes, I was acknowledged and informed that my order was being prepared. I waited an additional 5-10 minutes, during which the serving line grew very long, but my food was nowhere to be seen.
When I inquired about my order a second time, the cashier surprisingly told me that they had to serve the people currently in the line before they could prepare my order. This was confusing, as I was already acknowledged for pickup.
Eventually, the line cleared, and the food prep staff seemed to be restocking rather than preparing my meal. I asked a third time. The lady at the register apologized and finally stated, “my food is now coming out.”
I ultimately received my order after an estimated 20 minutes of waiting. While the staff were eventually apologetic, the justification for delaying an acknowledged pickup order to serve walk-in customers was frustrating and resulted in a very slow process.

I’m so angry I feel like I was mugged, because technically, I was. Panda Express literally scammed me out of my money.

I hate Panda Express. The food is gross, and the meat tastes so questionable it makes you wonder what corner of the supply chain it came from.

I had told myself never again. But I went against my better judgement and returned for the last time this time. I only came back here because it was convenient and close by. That’s it. Convenience should not come with regret, yet here we are.

$13 for a plate and I get two pathetic scoops of chicken like I’m lining up for war rations. Panda Express skimps on portions so much it feels intentional, like customers are part of some corporate hunger control experiment. Acting like each piece of chicken must be guarded with your life is insulting when people are paying full price.

And let’s talk about the mushroom chicken, literally the only thing here that’s even remotely worth eating. They guard that mushroom chicken like it was blessed in holy water and the chicken was personally baptized by Jesus Christ himself. God forbid you get a normal portion; the scooper suddenly turns into Fort Knox.

For the same money, or less, I can go to any real Chinese or teriyaki spot and get several times the food without the audacity. Panda Express offers FEMA portions, inflated prices, and zero value.

Next time I don’t care how hungry I am. I’ll go to 7-Eleven or I’ll simply not eat at all before I let this price-gouging, penny-pinching, war-rationing excuse for a business take another cent from me.

This is a review for 12/3/2025: I received a call from the suppose Grubhub driver telling me when they got to the store he was informed someone already picked up my food which is very odd. Plus on top of that it is odd for the driver to call me and tell me that information. Normally I never get a call from any driver about an issue like this. So at this point either my food was given to the wrong person or the driver lied and kept the food. So we had to reorder after reporting this issue to Grubhub. If you saw or recorded the driver or know what he or she looks like I strongly suggest you report them because I did.

They have stop giving the amount of food your money use to pay for. This is the second time they have done this to us, 8/27/25. Even though the food is good we feel they are ripping us off so why continue to purchase from them? We ordered through GRUBHUB however, Panda Express are the ones ripping us off with the amount of food they use to give us for our money. We get delivery service from GrubHub. I do not think this questionnaire is for what I am saying.

When placing a DoorDash order for 2 entrees only one was filled and the other was not available and refunded. Early in day 4:30pm. We caught this as “order was being prepared”. Trying to contact store by phone does not work. No options to speak to a person and mat a substitution for unavailable entree. That’s bad business !! We won’t bother placing orders there again

Ordered take out, got all the sides but no entrees. My bag was stapled and sealed as if someone confirmed the order was complete. Wasted my money and store closed before I could go back and get my dinner. Instead wasted money and still left without.

I love me some Panda! This is a great bite for any college student and is not different from any other Panda you’ll go to. I will admit that I had to wait 2 minutes for some rangoons, but I didn’t mind. The rangoons were a little ugly compared to what I’m used to but I still enjoyed them. The orange chicken had quite the load of orange sauce and was delicious.

With chain restaurants, you *should* be able to expect consistency across locations, but it’s rarely the case. There are worse ones where the portions are small and the staff would rather be anywhere but there. But this location has yet to disappoint. The portions are always generous, the staff nice, and the food fresh. The store is nice and bright and has a lot of seating, too.
