Please avoid this store . I had one of the most humiliating experiences here. When I walked in, only one woman was working and another came out looking clearly irritated. The service was rude and unnecessarily stingy .
I accidentally picked up the wrong glass for water that was sitting near the register. As I started pouring plain water, I was loudly yelled at, “Did you pay for the drink?” Even after showing it was just water and mentioning I didn’t realize water glasses were separate . She made me pour water from that cup into a smaller cup and the other cup was taken away in front of everyone.
I left the store feeling very upset, after paying nearly $9 for a low-quality 6-inch sandwich and being treated like I was trying to steal. Never visiting this place again and will advise all my family/friends to do that as well to avoid this accusatory and disrespectful experience .

Pros: clean. Professional staff. Great sandwiches. Convenient location. Fantastic sandwiches. Quiet. Fast service. No drama. Clean. Hygienic. Fast service. I only wish other branches were this good!

Bottom line: best subway I have been to on a whole. No drama everything tastes fresh. Been here several times and will go back in the future.

I did not get lady name working but she made both my sandwiches perfect. Even my 3 year old son mentioned how much easier the sandwich was to eat because his veggies weren’t falling out like he is used to. The place is very clean ! & the lady working was soooo sweet!

Tuna foot long – 85% bread, 4% salad and 1% tuna. Most bites I could not taste the tuna at all. Do not waste your money at this location. Servers couldn’t understand English – took 5 attempts to get a sandwich. Then they are so stingy with the meats they may as well not bother. Go to Jersey Mike’s where you get a real sandwich!

It’s helpful to make sure your employees and management know how to wring you up and read your coupons. This slop really isn’t worth the drive when paying full price.
They refused to take my coupon at first because they said it was already scanned, even though I had just ripped it off the paper in my car before going in. Then made up another excuse that it didn’t apply to roast beef. The fine print says no garlic roast beef, I got regular roast beef, two distinct items on their menu and website . Which also makes me think that they rang me up wrong and overcharged me too. Didn’t give me a receipt either.
Without the coupon the combo total almost doubled. Obviously they were just looking for a reason to charge more. I’m so tired of these places using coupons to lure customers in and then refuse and charge full price when it comes time to pay. That’s called a scam. This is the first time in years I’ve been to subway and it’s still just as scummy.

Footlong pretzel is tough white bread vaguely reminiscent of a burned pretzel. They didn’t even have any cheddar cheese sauce to complement this terrible bread stick.

It has been a minute before I have had a subway sandwich, but on a time crunch I stopped by for lunch. Oh my gosh! What has happened to subway? They must have tanked with Jerad. They took away the option to pick each thing that you want – instead offer a variety of sandwiches. I ordered the Chicken, bacon avocado wrap. It was the absolute worst sandwich. I took 2 bites and threw it away. The best part? When I checked out – it was $14.00!!! Are you kidding me? Bye-bye Subway! Jez…they use to be so good – never again.

Apparently if you use promotions, they will not additional ingredients just because you used “promotion”!! That’s what the employee said and didn’t honor my request to add more onions!! They didn’t toast the sub like they suppose to.

Went to this location for a late lunch. One person working and not busy. Got the impression they were annoyed a customer came in. Attitude was short and not welcoming. Made my sandwich without washing hands with no gloves. I could not believe it, but I did not say anything since I was pissed and other customers were in the store eating. Otherwise, I would have declined to accept it. I paid for it and walked out the door and tossed it in the trash. I’ll never be back and hands down the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had! Absolutely disgusting!
