anberry sauce.

Anyways, when I arrived the sandwich was already done and packaged nicely. Once I went to eat it, it was horribly made. It was lacking cranberry sauce, literally didn’t see or taste very much. And the 10 inch classic roll was not even cut. And of course I don’t have a knife at work that can cut through it. So the sandwich was extremely messy. I just ended up not eating it.

I shocking purchases some frito honey bbq twists and why were the twists in the bag burnt?

I will just stick to the Wawa closer to me next time and just wait for them to offer the Gobbler at lunch time. That’s the issue is this location offers the gobbler all day. Other locations just offer it for lunch and dinner. So we’re stuck with this location if you’re not close to a Wawa at lunch.

I order 2 sandwiches. They were ok , 9 doughnuts( apple fritters, coffee roll, &twisted doughnuts, glazed doughnuts) through Uber Eats.I paid for everything. However when my order was delivered .I did not receive 9 of my items. They was a ticket in the bag saying there were out of some stuff. I spoke with Kathleen imediately after I receive my order. We talk I inform her I would stop by 2/24/26 items at 4:45 pm.She stated that was fine. She took my name , phone number & assured Me she would put them aside so…. I would be able to pick them up.I forgot to pick them up that day. I called the store to be told she ( Kathleen ) did not do it. & no informatiin was written anywhere with what she stated to Me she would do .The young lady Nicky that I spoke with on 2/26/26 at 6 :42 pm stated no note was left & my doughnuts was not put up. .She then took my information again .I was told by her that she would leave a note on the doughnut cart ….so that they could see it & do it.Nicky call back at 9:30 pm stating that the General Manager Kathleen stated I never spoke to her. This is a lie…..I spoke with her & wrote her name as she ” so called” wrote mine down She reassured Me she would handle it.
I am very upset because when I spoke with the general. Manager…I stated all necessary information only to be lied to…When I initially stated that I would stop in.The General Manager Kathleen state that it would be fine .She then lie to Nicky saying she never spoke with Me. This was so unprofessional. If they had updated the app when items are out of stock.I would never have ordered it in the first place .However I paid for them all…I now have to go through the app .If I was inform thus when I spoke with the ” General Manager Kathleen” I would handle it then . I was told a lie twice by the General Manger & Nicky bad representation of Customer Service. This was a waste of my time, money & if I was never given accurate information from the start This is a bad representation of a General Manager to lie to customer after they have spent their hard earn money.I know We all make mistakes but when a customer ask You something & You say I will handle it …. & I quote ” I am the General Manager Kathleen I will handle it don’t worry , ask for my first , last name , phone number , stated she would leave a note fpr the night shift to put this aside, then ask for what were the items. She give Me her name like she was going do it ….to just lie.smh.I am writing this review because to be lie to while making a promise …….never following through .Where is the accountability ….as a General Manager I help no one eaxh has to be treated this poorly. The other young lady called her to verify what I stated after what she had intially stated.I know everyone has a busy life. However if You say You going do something follow through if You cant or things changes be honest….My time is too valuable to be waste on lies … I dont have money to waste either especially when this could been handle professionally by the General Manager & Her team.I dont do Wawa that much .I will go spend my money elsewhere….Moral of the story if You say it….Then do it.If it is not…. Something that can Be Done…..Say That .Dont lie….Have a great day

Completely unacceptable experience. On the evening of 3/7/26, I was in line purchasing something. My two younger sisters were with me, but they had already purchased their items separately about 10 minutes earlier. Out of nowhere, the store manager Jamie approached one of my sisters and demanded that she take “stolen” items out of her bag.

Naturally, we were shocked and confused. The cashier then told the manager that my sister had already paid for her items at her register. The manager then looked at us with a surprised Pikachu face. At this point, she was clearly embarrassed, so she asked my sister what else she put in her bag. Turns out it was a survey slip that the cashier gave her. Once the manager realized that she was totally wrong, she started rambling to us about how the police had been at the store all day because of theft, as if that somehow excuses profiling our family.

We weren’t there for very long, and my sisters never left the store because they were waiting for me, so the manager could have easily checked the cameras to confirm her “suspicions” before approaching us in line and accusing someone of theft in front of everyone.

This was an extremely demeaning and embarrassing experience for my young sister, first and foremost, and for our family as well. Thankfully, the police were not involved, which would have made the situation even more stressful for us, especially since no theft actually occurred.

I will also share these concerns with the appropriate corporate contacts. Learn to look before you leap, and don’t be so quick to jump to conclusions based on whatever assumptions you may have about people.

I came in at about 1:10 am on my break, and ordered a classic turkey sub. The bread was so hard and my sandwich wasn’t even toasted. I had a fork luckily in my car and just ate it with no bread. I am getting more and more disappointed in this location by the visit. I used to come 10/15 times a week bc it’s so close to my job. But now I literally go past my job to get to the next location. I add triple espresso to my frozen coffee and every other location will use a bigger cup to ensure I have all my espresso because it obviously messes up the ratio. But not this location, and my coffee never taste good. However tonigt the man that made my iced late did an AMAZING job. Also, I understand you need stocking done overnight, but I shouldn’t have to wait forever for a cashier because they don’t want to stop what they’re doing. I have patience when I’m just stopping by on my own time, on break at work I don’t have that patience.

A Christmas Miracle! But actually-Andrea went ABOVE and beyond today, Christmas Day! We went and it was so busy and bustling, Christmas music played and it was an overall happy atmosphere unlike a lot of places you may visit on Christmas where people are working on a holiday. Before handing me my salad, Andrea said Merry Christmas and asked if I needed 2 containers of ranch or if one was enough. Then offered to get me a bag for that and a panini I had it my hand. I declined, thinking I could handle it…well. I didn’t. I dropped my ranch over the floor and then went to clean it up and she rushed over with a new container of ranch for me and napkins to clean up, and then proceeded to get me a bag for my items! Thank you Andrea for making my day! What could have been a crying over spilled ranch experience on a busy holiday just made me grateful for the people in our world who work joyfully in whatever they do! Merry Christmas Andrea!

I have been coming here since they opened. It has steadily declined. Yes the gas is cheap but empty your trash can and clean up a little. Plus now you have beggers asking for our hard earned money. I feel just a little hesitant on coming back. $6.56 for a 10 inch sub at a sub shop you can get 12 inch with everything for 2 bucks more.

WAWA is one of the best convenience stores in the country! This is no exception to the employee-owned and operated franchise! I’ve been a patron since before they added the fuel pumps and they were only located in DE and PA. Now they’re in VA, FL, MD and other states. And the meals to order keep getting better and better. Not to mention the coffees and other flavored beverages. THANK YOU WAWA!!! ❤️

Stopped by for a handmade drink and it took a bit of time considering there was hardly anyone in front of us. But all things considered, fairly good.

Food & frozen coffee beverage was great. To top it off the girl at the register was so sweet. I believe her tag said Leah? Wish I grabbed her info because she may not it, but her kind words made my day.

I was in a hurry, so I thought Wawa would be a good idea. I ordered through the mobile app.
I arrived just before my order was supposed to be ready. After a few minutes of waiting, I saw what I was pretty sure was my food being made (I was right). The guy made the food, put it in the containers, and set it to the side. After another 5 minutes, he put the containers in the bag, sealed the bag, and set it to the side. He never called a number.
After about 5 minutes, I asked if it was my order. They told me to be patient. So I waited. After 45 minutes. I said I think my order had been skipped. They checked. They were confused for a bit and eventually found the bag and gave me my food that had been ready for a long time.
Of course the food was cold. And it was wrong. But I didn’t have time to get it fixed. Frustrating.
