Terrible!!! It’s supposed to be a reeses pieces blizzard…. first of all I’m not sure what that’s supposed to be, but that’s not a blizzard. Second of all….no reeses pieces at all.

Our local DQ is small and I already know I’ll be waiting in line forever to be served, I was ok with that. But what surprised me was a young man came out of the back and took my order with 3 cars ahead of me! He was very polite and helpful and my order was out in a few minutes before the others even got served. He’s definitely a keeper!
I ordered a shredded chicken sandwich and it was awful. Bland and had a weird flavor, like smoky. They used to make THEE BEST in town and the last 2 years have been far from being edible. Please go back to the original recipe. Nobody here in town makes a good shredded chicken anymore.

After waiting for 15 minutes. The red headed girl was so rude. I ordered a small strawberry sundae with crunchies and she hands me a chocolate sundae with sprinkles it wouldn’t have been so bad but she was so snotty about. Saying what do you want in a nasty tone. Nope not going back.

Very disappointed that it not only cost 6.50 for a large blizzard I said I wanted it with chocolate ice cream and Reese. These are not real reese and it’s not choc ice cream. There was a hole in my cup so I had to put it in a different one and what do u know vanilla ice cream and fake Reese. That’s false advertising very disappointed

Stopped by today and got the cotton candy blizzard but it didn’t have any cotton candy flavor and had weird tasting candy in it that wasn’t cotton candy bits like normal. And they only put the weird candy in the top 2 inches of the blizzard, the rest was all white Vanilla icecream. Super disappointed , first time stopping at this location and won’t stop there again.

Very disappointed ran through the drive-thru to get three frozen mocha molates It tastes like watered down chocolate milk. No frozen anything about it And it does not taste like coffee. For $12 I expected a little more!

I visited this location while in town to visit my family. They had huge signs up advertising a waffle bowl sundae, and they were out of both the waffle bowls and waffle cones. This is the second time since they opened for the season that this happened. So I ordered a blizzard instead, as a third option.
My family and I went home and discovered that there was a hair in one of the blizzards. I called DQ, and the manager said to come back and they would remake a new blizzard. Once I returned, the girl at the window was on her phone and seemed as if it was a bother that she had to remake my blizzard.
After returning home, for the second time, I discovered there was ANOTHER hair in my ice cream. What a joke this location is. After spending $20, picking out TWO black hairs from TWO different desserts, my family and I will NOT be going back there. Buy some hairnets for your staff!!!!!
