They can’t follow simple directions & if you decide to order online they will give ur food away to any delivery driver they see without double checking. Their food is over price like it’s some high end restaurants when it’s being made in a shady small dirty shop connected to a smoke shop. To put the cherry on top they have heavy accent which makes it really hard to understand them & their food looks & taste like old dog food especially their Philly cheesesteaks which is sad to call it that when it looks like jail food. They also don’t use gloves when making the food so who knows what is on their dirty hands. My food was also cold & my pizza was dripping from the pizza box by who knows what. Will definitely not be coming here again!!!

Bella is the best. I’ll spend money on his pizza befor I ever buy from ‘Nicks’ across the street. Does anyone remember back in the day Nick’s brother Toney (original owner of Toneys on main.) in Owego at a bar one night stabbed and killed some man and their mother hid the murder weapon while Toney fled to Italy? Yeah I remember that. Buy from Bella’s not Nicks.

If you decide to come here, watch your back. I was assaulted, spit on, and threatened by two drunk individuals who were irate for no reason all because they ran into me, and I told them they could say Excuse me. Then they started screaming and calling me names, spit on me, pushed me, and slapped me. Meanwhile the owner watched. I asked him to call police because I was further threatened by the male to kill me. The clerk did nothing. Its sad because all I was doing is trying to order food. I also frequent this business doing Doordash. I will never ever come back here. I captured the after effects on video, and added it to my list of advocacy videos on tiktok at #thepowerofpainbrand. Needless to say, NY charges people who commit assault with harassment thanks to the reform law. As this store had video leading up to and after the altercation, of course the actual assault wasn’t captured, but the police have plenty of cam footage showing their actions afterwards. Its disturbing that I can’t order food without this happening, and the owner just watching.

Accountability needs to happen in this state.

So the food is good. But you never know what you’re going to get. I never get the side of ranch I pay for. One time I didn’t get the mushrooms on the pizza I ordered, and paid extra for. Today I order the turkey bacon club and tomatoes. There was one slice of bacon, two turkey, no tomatoes.

I really need to stop ordering from here. Which is a shame.. because when they get it correct it is SO good.

We order DoorDash. The pizza was delivered as calzone with no meat in it. The marinara was not completely defrosted, and my drink had been previously opened and drank from. To top it off, the mozzarella sticks did a good impression of tofu. Truly nauseating. At least door dash gave us a partial refund.

Let me start off by saying I order from here often. They’ve got the best variety and prices. From breakfast sandwiches, omelettes, to pizza, wings, Fish Fridays, unique desserts like funnel cake frys, salads, wraps, gyros, Vegan & Vegitarian Options, Burgers, Beef Patties, Hot Dogs, Lamb/Chicken Curry, Shrimp/Chicken over rice, City style plates, Cold & Hot Subs. Literally anyone could find something to eat here, at any point of the day, and it’s delicious & cost effective. It’s the type of place where they are welcoming and know you by name after only a few times. Waits are fast 15-20mins for orders, and you can order ahead for pick up, making it very convenient. Order & Pay directly through the google maps app as well. I use these features often and have never had an issue. I’ve only had a few instances where they have over cooked some of my food, but personally I rather it be over cooked than undercooked. ‍♀️ They are quick and attentive to fix any issues. Definitely an added gem to the area. They use all boar head sandwhich meats as well. I have never been dissatisfied and would recommend them to everyone.

Tried this place tonight for dinner for the first time. I got a chopped cheese wrap with French fries. And it was decent. But it isint anything id rush back to get. It was very greasy and loosely wrapped. It was fairly priced though for the quality of it And the guy at the store was very friendly.
