Great wings & dips as always. This night belonged to our server Grady. We had a long day & didn’t get to eat dinner until 10pm. BWW was open so we were few of the last to drag in. Our server Grady was gracious & courteous in serving us. It was a pleasure.

Don’t know what happened but the food quality is absolutely horrendous. Got the sampler with wings, boneless wings, chicken crisps, and pretzel bites.
The chicken crisps were absolutely nasty, hard over fried pre-frozen trash. They boneless wings were chicken bites. All breading and cold. The wings were over cooked and super dry. They only decent thing was the pretzels. I couldn’t even finish it. Absolutely disgusting.
Service was amazing as always.

Decided to order to-go on a Friday night. Set the time for an hour out. Ended up waiting 30+ minutes at the restaurant.
I understand things are busy and am assuming the employees are not allowed to leave the to-go area since they never went back to check on my order. Who I assume was the scheduled food runner was not allowed to clock in per the employees conversation. I understand that they want to limit labor costs, but on a busy Friday night your customers suffer. Once the food was brought to me that Salad was mushy from what I assume was it sitting back there.
This was also topped by getting home and finding the sauce from the wings had seeped through the box and all over the other boxes. There was no parchment paper in the box… maybe this is their to-go standard?
Food is usually good. Maybe just reconsider ordering to-go on a Friday night.

We decided to try this location at 3:00 on a Saturday. They were busy, we asked the hostess for an estimate and she said she “can’t give one”. Not even how many parties are in front of us. Never heard that from a restaurant before. The inside was very spacious with tons of televisions. It was definitely the loudest Buffalo Wild Wings we’ve ever been in. I understand hearing the games, but you couldn’t even hear the people at your table. So it’s even louder since everyone in the restaurant is practically yelling.
Our waitress was Rayven and she was really great. She checked on us enough and always made sure we had refills. Our food took a little over 30 minutes to get to us.
The food was really good! Only complaint would be that the potato wedges were cold. The manager checked on us during the meal.
Overall, we look forward to coming back. It was a Saturday during football games and super busy. I’m sure during any other time it would be perfect!

I have been wanting to try this new place for a while since it’s open. I have eaten at other wild wings and enjoy the meal. This one was OK but not the greatest. The fries were fantastic, but the wings came up short. I had a great hostess, who Made sure I had a full meal, but overall it was not the greatest. I would eat here again, but I would definitely have to change my meal.

Was greeted and seated immediately. Constance was our server, she was phenomenal!! We shared a dip which was really just cheese and a couple of red peppers, to me it was awful but my friend liked it, it came with crispy tortilla chips. Our buffalo chicken sandwich was delicious, so we shared it, it came with fries. The tea was very good!

jennifer jennifer jennifer. i felt her aura when she came to our table. she brought good energy and i felt it! she helped and reassured us when we weren’t sure. she definitely showed a new fav of mine (chipotle bbq) i don’t do reviews for people but she deserved this one! asian zing is also my fav girl but that chipotle bbq was needed and i’m so glad she was our server earlier cus if anybody else told me chipotle bbq without explaining why, i wouldn’t have even got it. The burgers never disappoint but the one with the peppers in it? she ateee with that one haha ! LOVED IT AND HER!

I ordered dinner around 600 and did not receive it until 830. I understand it’s the holiday season and being busy but seriously. The poor Uber driver was a saint for waiting, I’m not sure I would have. Nothing was right or fresh except my daughter’s chicken tenders. I guess 1 out 4 isn’t bad. The burgers tasted old and reheated one to many times yet they weren’t hot. The fries were hard enough to throw at the wall and make dent. They were more like small, cold, weapons of mass destruction. A dentist could get rich fixing the broke teeth these things cause. I was missing stuff that I PAID for, I was looking forward to the carrots and celery that they failed to give me After they took my 1.49 but they remembered the bleu cheese so there is that. I ordered guacamole and no tomatoes(I get blisters from tomatoes) well they got it backwards gave me extra tomato and no guac. That was 2.00 gone. My son’s burger caused him to choke 5 or 6 and he gave up. He would have eaten his tater tots but they forgot those too. It was probably a good thing with the way the fries were, but they got their upcharge for those. I was missing sauce I paid extra for. The buns were hard and the I swear they made the food yesterday and just reheated it kinda sorta. If I had been able too I would have gone up there to get a replacement or a refund or to act like the Karen I’m sure I sound like right now. It’s been a horrible week and I was just ready to unwind, relax and enjoy not having to cook after working a 10 hour day but now I’m standing in the kitchen air frying chicken patties and trying to figure out where my simple order went wrong. Dining in may be different but I’m not so sure about that honestly. Next time I’d rather just try and eat dumpster food.

This was our first time at a BWW. Our witness a amazing. Attentive, knowledgeable, and considerate. The vibe of the place was a nice feel for what’s considered a sports restaurant. Sadly, the sauce on the wings was hit and miss. While the honey BBQ, teriyaki, spicy maple were all great. The Buffalo base for the spicy garlic was overbearing, and the parmesean garlic just didn’t deliver without a vinegar after taste. And the burger was okay, but nothing to write home about.
