We haven’t had the shake shack in like 4 years, so it was nice to come back and visit. The last time we had it, we were in New York City, so it was all together in a different environment. Upon entering the story, we noticed they were quite busy. There are some kiosks on the counter, and that’s where you place your order. I think you do have the option to place your order with an employee, but we took advantage of the kiosk if they had it on display.
It seems as if the computers ran the store. I didn’t really see any workers really interacting with any of the customers, but I did see at least 10 people back in the kitchen working hard. Our order came out, and everything was exactly as we ordered it. The four of us really enjoyed our meal and the shakes too! Love the flavor of the BBQ in my burger. We will return!

Pretty much what we’ve come to expect from Shake Shack. The food is better quality than McDonald’s etc and the price reflects it. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Self-serve kiosks were available and an employee was taking orders, as well.

This place usually never lets me down, its only my 3rd or 4th time trying it and this location was pretty good.
Me and the wife split a double Bacon Burger which was great and juicy
I also had a hot dog w/cheese my only complaint was that it wasnt very warm
The cheese fries are always a hit and its a rich sauce which i like.
We also got some (no photo) fried pickles.
They were very fresh and tasted great.
Overall ill continue to love shake shack, shout out to the kid who gave me a free cup of ice for water. Chesterfield, MO has a great service and food. Don’t stop doing what yall do.

Was a more modern restaurant than we are used to. It had computers for you to place an order, not humans. We were a group of eight people, and most of us got confused trying to place an order. One person ordered incorrectly and ended up with too much food. You did not get a printed receipt, so it was hard to check what you ordered. It was supposed to be healthier for you, but it did not agree with my tummy. We all felt like the food tasted average, for the price we expected more. We would not visit again if in the area.There are too many other choices!

Super delicious and super expensive! We love shake shack but over $50 got 2 adults and 1 kids for lunch is a bit much. Our food was hot, fresh, and the shakes are thick and delicious. This location has a double drive thru that seemed busy.

The pictures of the food on the menu and online are amazing….they look delicious, however the actual food items are not representative of the way they appear. The banana pudding milkshake was good. Strawberry milkshake was good. The french fries were good. Chicken was not good and the hamburger was horrible…their sauce also tasted like mayonaise with some paprika added for color. The wait was a little excessive. The staff were nice. BUT for 3 people, a cost of $50 for lunch and the food quality, taste….huge no for us…..and I don’t leave bad reviews if I can help it. Everything good but the food…..

My family really enjoyed our dinner here. The kids loved their shakes and burgers! I read other comments about it being overpriced but what isn’t right now. We used the self order and it was really easy to use. Overall, the service was fast and it wasn’t too busy when we came for dinner. Steady but not busy. They text you once your food is ready. Staff was very friendly and the place is well kept. My reason for 4 stars is I feel the burgers were a bit greasy or the buns had too much butter. I’m not a huge fan of crinkle fries and their fries were tasty. Their lemonade drinks are so good! Overall, this is a nice burger place and I would dine again with my family.

I enjoy Shake Shack and the food is consistently good. The service is also solid. However, the seating situation is extremely disappointing. There is almost never available seating, especially during peak hours, and even outside of those hours. Dining in turns into people walking around, hovering, and competing to grab a seat as soon as someone stands up. If you do manage to get a seat, you feel rushed because others are waiting for you to leave, which really ruins the atmosphere and overall experience. Great food, but the lack of seating makes eating there stressful and unenjoyable.

A notch above counter service burger joint with indoor / outdoor seating. Very clean with a pleasant setting. Quality ingredients result in pretty tasty food. Ordering was quick and painless, and they seemed to be well staffed. But one of my peeves — they replaced counter staff with kiosks (so you place your own owner, make your payment, and remove your trash) — yet the kiosk “gives you the option” of leaving a tip. To whom? Get serious. Don’t try to guilt customers into tipping for no service.
