I think the steak nuggets are over cooked. They don’t look like how they are advertised. Definitely taste charred.

Been to this place a few times recently and I usually dine in. I haven’t had a good experience here. The dining area is kept clean, cozy, and quiet.. but everytime I come here the cashiers are cold, they doesn’t ask me dine in or carry out, don’t offer a reciept, they don’t even greet me, and get angry if I ask about a menu item, I get blank stares like I’m talking to a robot, they’ll do this to most customers. Its all the cashiers too, not just one lady. Also, the food is always overcooked and the sauces are mostly empty, this job is mostly automated/routined so I don’t think it takes thought to do anything, just a desire to work. I figure this place isn’t selective and hires anybody. It’d be a good place if more energetic people replaced the grumps and the lazybones.

I know Arby’s is just a fast food place, but they are really doing great things with their menu. I really love the Gyro and have ordered it a few times now. I always find the food fast, fresh, hot. That’s a 10/10 in my book

Probably the best and freshest Arby’s beef n cheddar I’ve had at an Arby’s in years. The bun tasted like it was right out of the oven. The beef was tender and perfectly done and the blend of cheese and sauce were perfect. The staff was also nice and friendly. The sandwich was incredible. Just loved it

This location continues to disappoint. Been that way for years now. Food is never fresh. Never get the sauces you ask for. Chicken sandwich had no mayo at all. Roast beef was old, burnt and chewy. If you’re not missing items, the items are made incorrectly or it’s old food thats been sitting.

And I asked for the managers name from one of the employees her name is darsey she was screaming and cursing at the employees while they where being respectful and doing very good with customers it got so bad too the point where once of the employees quit because she got so upset that the manager was being so disrespectful

Updated review: I got another 3 piece tenders because I haven’t had them in a year so hoping they would be better then my previous review. my boyfriend got the Buffalo chicken sliders(basically the chicken tenders and oddly tasted like pickles) but we spent $26 here and both threw them out, the chicken tenders were so hard they are unedible, the sauce on the sliders couldn’t save the hardness of that chicken. absolutely disappointing Felt like I was going to break a bracket on my braces. I’m never going to eat anything that involves chicken here anymore also Got a large Dr Pepper that tastes like nothing, just carbonated water basically. My last thing I could eat was my apple turnover that’s freezing cold and just made me lose my appetite. They used to be so good I don’t understand what happened.

I called the store to notify them that I did not receive a door dash order. I spoke with a woman named Dani who was kind enough to remake my whole order and throw in a cookie. She went the extra mile and called me back to notify me that a new dasher would be on the way, as well as thanked me for my understanding. Excellent customer service!

We normally like this restaurant. This time they were a disappointment. The roast beef sandwiches were not very good. We thought we would try the sweet potato fries and they were very dry and bland. It was almost like they were sitting out longer than they should of been. We ended up throwing out one of the sandwiches and the sweet potato fries because they didn’t taste very good.

Came in about 8pm, the server came to the register and couldn’t understand anything I was saying. Mis understood half our order but was friendly while figuring it out. Noticed alot of fruit flies by the drink machine wich made me nervous about cleanliness. Got my 9 dollar sandwich and it barley had any meat or anything on it. While we were eating the staff behind the counter were being extremely loud and obnoxious. They were acting like there wasnt customers in the lobby with the hooting and hollering and CUSSING. I understand its fast food but people’s kids dont need any more exposure to that than they already get exposed to. Probably wont be returning.
