Great customer service, Ann answered my call when I asked if any hot dog buns were left so close to the holiday. She told me the exact amount and when more would be delivered. I found fresh plump hot dog buns, and also a large selection of jams and jelly at all reasonable price well below the grocery stores’. There were a couple of small groc carts and a brisk business of customers stocking up in large amounts. The store was clean and well organized, with prices easy to read. Large outdoor signs. The front parking lot is close to the entrance and clean, with 2 wide driveways. My purchase came to under $10, after the checker applied another discount.

Always have what we are looking for. This time was Hoagie rolls found three different types. We got what we needed for home made Philly Cheesesteak rolls. Also found Svenhards pastery rolls for car trips with coffee always a hit. There is a good selection of cookies and variety of Juanitas chips that are hard to find in stores, unless we are looking in wrong stores. We should check out local liquor stores for chip selection but we can always find them here! At the Franz Bakery Outlet.

Accidentally left a loaf of sourdough when I bagged my order. Got home 30 miles away and realized I left it behind. Not going to drive 60 miles to go get it so I called the store to say an employee could take it home. They actually took my name and story, and put it in the till so I could get another for free next time I come in! Great customer service!
