I ordered a Large Hot Chai latte and everything bagel with cream cheese. The order taker knew that there was something wrong with the drink so he was hesitant to give it to me. I waited 3 minutes, I’m sure he was trying to fix it. But another server came and handed me the drink. I got on the highway and when I took a sip it was ice cold. Disappointed. I guess I better stay close to Main, South, Pleasant and Northampton st DDs. The Best DD is Chicopee inside Pride station. And Bjs.

I’ve come in 15 minutes after putting a mobile order in while my ticket sat on the printer on a Sunday afternoon while it wasn’t busy. Gave away my food the week before because they were buried on 5x star day which was more understandable, but the Sunday following was unacceptable. They looked at me like I had 4 heads when I said I ordered a while prior. Then said “yeah it’s been 15 minutes” as they took my ticket off the printer with one person ahead of me. Today, I paid for a bacon egg and cheese with hash browns on my way in and ended up with a muffin. Guess I’ll pay triple at Starbucks.

It’s 5:30 they close at 8 I went to get lunch I sat for 8mins to order with only 1 car ahead of me 0 customers inside just for them to say the sandwich station in closed. I wouldn’t have even left a comment if this was the first time they messed up. I came with 30mins left for me to go 2 mins down the street and was still late due to how slow and unorganized this place is with the order still completely wrong. Absolutely bs

Ordered a hot chocolate and received a cup of boiling water. No chocolate whatsoever. Didn’t notice immediately because it was too hot to the touch to even hold let alone drink. Waste of money. I could’ve burned myself thankfully my child wasn’t the one that ordered it.

I had a hair in my food, they was acting weird laughing when I received my food saying it’s extra fresh open my sandwich there was hair in it not right to treat customers like that hopefully they get rid of those people making the sandwich’s young guy and the girl laughing with him doing the orders I ordered the simplest sandwich too not sure why they did that

The slowest Dunkin’ ever. No matter when you gonna stop by there is a huuuuge line. They keep you for a while at the ordering window before they take your order, and after you gonna wait at the pick up window. If you gonna go inside they won’t even notice you… if you don’t have extra 30 minutes don’t even stay in line… worst of the worst

This was the longest wait for Dunkin I’ve ever sat through but once you’re in the drive through you can’t leave without waiting. I ordered ahead but it still 30+ minutes to get my food/drinks.

Stopped here to fill up on gas at the Shell and grabbed a quick bite to eat. I ordered the Sweet Pepper Bacon egg and cheese on a croissant it was not edible. The croissant was hard and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Service was quick but the food was gross. I ended up going down the street to a different Dunkin and they were kind of enough to remake me a fresh sandwich. This location being next to a gas station should upgrade the quality of food being served to customers.
