I’ve tried many meal prep places in multiple major cities since starting on my health and wellness journey. While I have some doubts about the macros published on the meals here, specifically the sugar amounts, assuming the macros are correct then this is the best overall meal prep place I have been to in the USA. The chicken teriyaki with yakisoba noodles was exceptional. I hope they will consider shipping, I would definitely purchase and pay the shipping costs.

I’ve been visiting this location for a few months now. Every time I walk in, I know what to expect.
Pleasant and clean store. Music is alway playing good stuff, making the store welcoming.
The food is ALWAY delicious.
They often have food at a discounted rate as it’s fresh food and may spoil if not sold within a specific time frame.
My favorite part of this whole experience is that you can heat up your meal with the oh so conveniently placed microwave. 🙂
Love the food, people and the organized store front. Will continue to visit for the foreseeable feature ✨

Hands down the best meal prep I’ve ever had! The food tastes incredible—you’d never guess it’s healthy. I started ordering from Pure Fit a few months ago, and just by eating their meals, I lost 10 pounds and got down to 125 lbs. What I love even more is that they’re a local, family-owned business, and you can literally speak with the owners—they genuinely care. I’ll admit, I ‘cheated’ once and tried another local spot… it was completely inedible. I went right back to Pure Fit the next day and haven’t looked back since! Check them out.

This is my third year using Pure Fit. I have a very busy work schedule during the month of January and Pure Fit has been a life saver. They have a wide variety of meals, all prepared in their kitchen, so they’re incredibly fresh. The meals are all delicious and flavorful but still healthy. They offer “lean” and “build” sizes, so you can stay on track with your health goals. Their meals are all very fairly priced and well worth it when you don’t have time to grocery shop, cook, and clean up. The owner, Robin, is always so welcoming, cheerful and happy to answer any questions. 10/10 would recommend!

I was eating next door at the new Aubergine and stopped in to get some meals.
I didn’t ask the cost. I pick a few items and a bulk steak.
When she told me the total … I was like wt.. he!! Did I get that cost so much. After I walk outside I looked at my receipt and the damn lb of steak was$28.
I would have never gotten it if it cost that much !!
