someone, whom i believe is the manager after the interaction i had about the situation, decided to leave themselves a tip with my PICK UP order on my gift card. the manager suggested “if you don’t put the green button on the card machine, someone else can come behind you thinking it’s their transaction” following by “just call the 800 number on your gift card and they might even give you the full $50 back”

The pizza was great and the employees were polite. When I ordered on the phone the man that took my order was pleasant and helpful, he also applied a coupon to order. Then when I picked up my pizza, without me even asking, he opened each box to make sure I was happy with the pizzas. The service was great and food was delicious!

Absolutely horrible service. Nobody answers the phone. I placed an order online, spent an hour waiting for it to be delivered. I had to drive there to find out that they canceled my order because they were “closed”, even though there were 2 employees there when i got there. I never have this problem getting pizza at the competitors. I’m never ordering here again. Everytime I give them a chance, they fail. This location needs to be closed down or new management. They have by far, the poorest customer service that I have ever seen.

The lady at the counter was dividing up tips. I was standing there for a little while before she acknowledged me. When she did she asked someone to go get my order and when I got it. I didn’t know what my son ordered so when I got home I asked him and his wings were wrong. He ordered us a pizza and he said he ordered extra beef and extra cheese with light sauce. None of that happened the way it was suppose to be. Let’s see there is 8 slices and probably about 22 pieces of meat spread out over the large pizza. I bit into it and all I got was sauce. Also the lady at the counter in the bun. She was talking about people at the counter. Sure people don’t dress right, but we shouldn’t talk like that in front of customers. Things like that just don’t look good for business.

When we opened the pizza box we realized we had been given someone else’s pizza. Called and was put on hold 5 times by the restaurant and then they hung up on me every time. This took 45 minutes without luck and kids were starving so I drove to location.
As I entered the store the lady at the register looked at me with disgust and inconvenience. She was an older with lady glasses, thin blonde hair, but white ponytail. No nametag. No name on the receipt. I waited my turn in line. I quietly explained to her we had accidentally received the wrong order, no problem because it happens. She opened the pizza box I returned and began yelling at me in front of all the workers and several waiting customers, proceeding to tell me that I was the one who was wrong….before even knowing what my order had been. I was humiliated. So I asked her very quietly and politely if she could be a little nicer and she yelled again to another worker across the kitchen “I’m gonna need you to come deal with this customer.” The next younger lady that took her place was a tad nicer but immediately asked to have the back remake our pizza. When the pizza came out it was missing one of the toppings I paid for. I told her it was missing a topping and she said didn’t know what to do. So Ieft and will not return to this store.
