3.5/5 – This is what disappointed me. I never know what kind of ingredients are in this roast beef & cheddar. I can tell there’s something spicy inside the sandwich, and it tastes good… but I feel a bit of heartburn and my stomach hurts. Next time, I will be back but I have to be careful with reading the ingredients if anything happens to me. I need to pick one of some GERD friendly on lists…

Update july 2022… D is an awesome sandwich artist and a hard worker!! Tristan always makes me feel like I am a very special guest at this store.
The new wraps are outstanding! Get the thinny chips to go with them. You can not go wrong. I love the staff. They all treat me so good!!
When your sandwich takes up this much space on your table it’s must get the maximum stars. Their people are great. Sandwiches always fresh and tasty.
Update! Tried the Smokin Chicken sandwich. Really liked having a chicken option. Tasty and fresh!

Went for lunch on Friday. Was greeted but I looked at the menu to make sure I knew what number it was. The guy said “ow I thought you were ready” and walked away and I said I am ready. So he came back with an attitude but i ordered and I tried to go my rewards and he said he already went passed it. I went to the bathroom and it was filthy. The store was filthy. like they haven’t cleaned in a while. I Will not be come back to this store I will stay going to the store in Moore.

I’m out in Norman to work with a crew, and we needed lunch. Jimmy John’s refused to sell me 15 sandwiches. I guess the order was “too large”.
When I called to visit with a manager, the woman refused to tell me her name. Then, she hung up on me.
It was okay, though. Pickleman’s was happy to build my team some sandwiches. They were only three doors away. And you know what else? They were TASTY.
Save your time. Go to Pickleman’s instead.

Smoked cheddar bourbon club. Looks nothing like the picture. Just picked it up. A few pieces of lettuce, barely any turkey and no bacon. Not worth the price.

I wish I could leave zero stars. My bread was hard as a rock and was left in the oven too long. I love jimmy john’s i’ve waited all week to get a Jimmy John’s sandwich and I was very disappointed when I got this one.

I work at OU and ordered lunch for my department. We left a 20% tip per university policy but was charged over the tip amount. I contacted the store to see what could be done but the store manager was NOT helpful at all. He said that I could contact HR and when I asked for their info he told me to google it. I spend a good amount of money catering events for my department but will never use this establishment again. I will also share my experience with my colleagues so they do not order from here and get the same treatment. The employee is a crook and the manager is useless.

I gave them another try and once again over an hour wait from the time I ordered. And I still have no sandwich. I called and talked to the manager and the only justification they provided was they have 1 driver and it’s busy. That’s unacceptable. Any other delivery service of hot food that you actually have to cook comes in 30-45min. Over an hour for a cold sandwich is ridiculous. Remove “freaky fast” from all ads because it’s absolutely not. It’s the slowest delivery service of any food delivery I’ve ever used.
