This Is going to be long, sorry! I went in around 8 pm and ordered the “Meal of the day”. ($6.99). Now, I did get a Gatorade instead of a fountain drink so that bumps the $6.99 price to $7.49. My sandwich was made and my order completed and I left. when I opened my bag to eat my food, the receipt inside said I was charged $11.33. No big deal, accidents happen, I went back to the store for a refund of the difference. The employee said that he had charged me for the foot long instead of the six inch, again, no big deal. Then he tells me that they can’t do refunds but he can make me another 6 inch sub. (I’m working Uber, so I definitely don’t want another sandwich). He said if I wanted the refund he would have to make some calls. (This is ridiculous, how can you leave an employee alone that can’t do refunds) I say ok, I can wait. After about 20-25 minutes they finally get the owner of the store on the phone. The employer says they voided the sale and now they want me to pay again for the meal! I said I don’t have enough to pay again for the meal because the “refund” isn’t on my card yet. The employe after some back and forth with owner says I can either pay again for the meal or givey meal back to them or they will call the police and report the “theft”! I was trying very hard not to cause a scene but after the employee told me that he would hate to see me on the news for the theft, I asked to speak to the owner (who was still on the phone) The owner refused and again repeated my options of pay again, return the meal or call the police! I went to my car, gathered the meal and dropped it on the counter! This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever had happen to me in my life!! if your employees aren’t trained, don’t leave them alone! And if someone has an issue and spends 40 minutes trying to get a $4 refund, just give them the meal for free! I hope this place gets shut down! If I could give zero stars I would.

Made an order on the app and went to pick up the order about 20 minutes after the estimated ready time and the order was not there.

I told the worker about it and they were rude and continued to take other customers orders that walked in the door and ignore my order

I did not want the worker to make my sandwich at that pint and asked for my money back and they refused saying they could not refund an online order

I went from spending $50 a month @ Subway to spending $50 a year @ Subway because of this.

I gave this subway 2 stars because their food and ingredients were always very fresh however I don’t suggest ordering online for this Subway

So I love subway but this one was one of my best subway experiences yet, there was 2 young men working Josh and I’m not sure if they other ones name but so friendly great service and as usual fresh ingredients gotta love subway, if this location was closer I would go out of my way to go for the service and cleanliness of the store and bathroom.. that’s off to the managment here they trained they employees well..

Three ppl working only myself and another customer in store and the slowest employees. One was taking mobile orders, one refused to take our order, and went on his phone to the back. The employee at the register came and took our order but seemed bothered and when we asked for more mustard she practically squeezed the entire bottle on the Sandwich. I will never be going back to this subway as this isn’t my first experience there with bad customer service same employee.

I came in two times and spoke with Manny and I explained to him about the two sandwiches I received were made wrong and he said that’s not my problem was very rude and disrespectful. I will never come in at night when he is working. I’m here now in the morning and spoke with a women very polite and really helpful. I will only come back is this women is working…

So I recently visited this location a couple weeks ago the customer service is absolutely terrible the employees don’t say hi or even acknowledge that you walked through the door. I went back today to give it another try and just as bad the girl making my sandwich was high out of her mind. The kid up front was flirting with these young girls. Needless to say I Will never be coming back to this location. The food was fine but the customer terrible too bad this place went down hill from years before.

Staff loudly complained about other customers in the store. Expressed dislike for online orders and showed lack of professionalism. Said take out customers were “annoying”. I understand having a hard day, but it does not excuse the attitude or the fact my order was made wrong.

Part from what an employee said that sums up my visit, “my boss is incompetent”.

I made an online order at 2:39 pm per the email. It said my sandwich would be ready by 2:55 pm. I got there maybe 8 or so minutes if I go by GPS. I know I got there before 2:55 pm at least.

I walked in and Ana had been helping one customer. She asked if I had wanted a sandwich, but I said was waiting for an online order. She stayed at the register and called Christina or a name like that who was an employee in the back to help with someone who came in. Ana had to finish entering something mannually.

I waited. An employee even clocked in, he was tall was short dark hair and skin. He had a tattoo of a flower on the side of his neck.

Customers came and they all talked and Christina even went to the back and I was still waiting.

I kept waiting, thinking they may be busy but that someone should get on myborder as I told Ana about it when I came in.

I’ll give the male employee and Christina the benefit of the doubt as they weren’t up front and or working when I told Ana I was waiting on an online order.

In total, I waited 20 minutes before I decided to finally join the line.

During this wait Ana provided a free sandwich to what seemed to be her boyfriend who must have been intoxicated with something. I say boyfriend as she called him babe before she left. Am unsure if she paid for it but doubt it as she was just typing on the register.

The tall male employee also provided a free sandwich to a young girl, which made Ana tell him stop messing with young girls. I know it was free as when she went up to talk to him initially, she said she had no money.

In between and before and during, they just helped walks in if they were doing any work. Ana was complaining how someone can’t even count as she had to redo counting.

Now once I came to the line after waiting 20 minutes, Ana took the blame for it not beign done and the male employee started on my order. I was going to order a pretzel too since I had to keep waiting, but they didn’t have butter.

Ana left at 3:23 pm with the boyfriend or babe she gave a likely free sandwich to. She didn’t even apologize for the wait or her incompetence. The male employee did apologize for the wait and said his boss was incompetent. He had been shocked that I was stil waiting g when Christina asked him and Ana about my online order initially.

When I finally got my order, one of the sandwiches was on the wrong bread. I had to go back in at 3:25 pm to get this fixed. I finally got on my way home at 3:30 pm. I waited over 35 minutes for a sandwich, which should of been done by 2:55 pm.

I’m short, so not come to this subway. Employees just stand around and chit chat and just seem to ignore online orders and especially people who are waiting for them in person.

All the tables had been dirty as well.

Just left Subway in Cranston RI, 02910 on Reservoir Ave on August 8th. There was a woman who was maybe in her mid 30’s, possibly curly hair. Hair was burgundy and in a bun. Of course she didn’t have a name tag attached to her hat and I wish she did She was SO rude to me, the other customers, and the female that was working with her. I felt bad for the other worker because she was barking orders at her and even blamed her for something she didn’t do. When she toasted my bread, she left it in the oven for too long so then it got hard and she BLAMED the other worker telling her that she left it in for too long when it was her fault. She did not say thank you, have a good day, or anything like that. I am never coming back to this location again.
