This was our first time here and we enjoyed it. The burgers and mac and cheese are delicious. We tried the hot ham mac and cheese sandwich and liked that as well. I appreciate the fact they give the option of cottage cheese as a side instead of fries. We would definitely come back while in the area.

Wasn’t too happy with my visit today.
Stopped in with my daughter to quickly order her a kids meal and nachos. First thing I noticed was for a $9.00 plate of nachos. The amount of nachos is very displeasing but not as displeasing as the amount of meat that’s on the nachos. There was just a sprinkle of meat on them.
When I told the waitress, she said she would bring more beef out. So the cook shows up with a plate of beef that almost quadrupled the amount that was on the plate. I told him that it looks like they only used 1oz of meat and he claimed it was more. Yeah, I’ve been in the restaurant industry a long time and could tell that wasn’t exactly the truth.
So I added the beef to the plate but this time the beef tasted like dish water. First impression was this is an establishment where you shouldn’t complain about the food. Or you might get something extra added to your request.
Took two bites, left the food there, paid my bill, and left. I would say that this place seems to cut their food amount down so they can make the extra couple bucks. Kind of seems like they may not last that long if that’s the case.
Staff was very pleasant to deal with though.

The Mac Shack has good Mac and cheese, and you can get it in almost any category, from appetizers to burgers and sandwiches to pizza (not salad though). There’s plenty of other options too, all of which sound good and taste great. I got the Wisconsin cheese curd burger, and it was gooey and just right. The Mac and cheese was garlicky and had a couple different kinds of cheese. Food and service can take a while, but there’s plenty of TVs to watch and arcade games to play

Neet layout! Owners/managers were present did’nt take time to ask how our food was or what we thought of the place. Only 4 other patrons in the bar. Drinks were good, food was ok. Overall kinda expensive for our macaroni meal.

It was clean and the food was good. There was not a whole lot to talk about. It’s your standard sports bar with a Mac n cheese twist. The Mac was okay but really garlicky. My favorite part was the burger cooked to a perfect medium rare and piled high with everything. Our waitress was friendly and quick with service.

The layout of the restaurant is nice. Our waitress was polite. The appetizers were good.
However, the tea was very watered down and tasted like ice water. The service was extremely slow. We waited more than a half an hour just for our appetizer. There was no one available to greet customers, so those who came in to the restaurant looked confused and wandered for a little bit before realizing that they could seat themselves. Sat at the table for a bit before our server came to ask us for drinks. No biggie tho, it was the bartender multi tasking. Except only two people seated at the bar and only one other table (3top). After our order was taken she finally brought our drinks about 10 min later. We ordered fried pickles appetizer and waited 30min for that to come out. I had to ask the server when the rest of the order would be ready. She checked and said 5more min. All we ordered was chic/bacon/ranch Mac n ch, a BLT and a buffalo wings with tots. Food was delicious. My girls loved the fried pickles. Just wasn’t impressed with the slow service or the waiting. Considering there was only a total of 8 people in the whole restaurant.

There was 1 waiter that I saw. He was at the bar and took care of all the tables and the bar alone. It wasn’t busy at all. He gave a menu, took our drink order. Brought our drinks and took our meal order. Took about 20 minutes for our2 meals. He never came back to the table to see if we needed anything. The burger was good but the chicken strips were not good and tasted terrible. It tasted like their oil hadn’t been changed in months. The burger meal portion was very generous along with a generous side. The chicken strip I had to pay separately for a side and my side I paid separately for was the same as the burger but half the size.
Not sure I will give it another try.

The food was delicious and they were reasonably fast but our waiter was kind of awkward. He came and talked to us a lot, which is understandable since it was slow, but we are people that prefer to eat without too much extra company. He looked over our shoulder and made a comment about something on our phone screen which was weird.
When the bill came they had charged us for an extra entree which we let them know and they fixed but were kind of nonchalant about. The place had a weird vibe and didn’t seem suited very well for a younger crowd (we are both in our mid 20s). Other than the atmosphere the food was really good though.

Food was delicious. We were given a dirty highchair for our baby and had to clean it ourselves. When a worker saw us cleaning it they didn’t even offer to clean it themselves.
After reviewing my emailed receipt when I returned to my hotel I realized I wasn’t even given the correct bill. The waitress just told me our balance and took my card. The items were completely different and the bill was a little less than what it was supposed to be.
