Out of turkey, out of provolone!! They called me about my order 20 min before pickup. I dont have time to go somewhere else so I said to make them ham. When I got there, no price adjustment for a cheaper sandwich, I had to ask. Then they had to call someone on the phone to make it happen. Employees in the store were great, not their fault. Probably will never return!

This is the worst subway I have ever been to. They do not accommodate what you would like on your sandwich. When you say extra olives, you get 2 And are told they can’t give you any more. I have never heard of something like that. At every subway I’ve ever gone to. It’s always been wonderful. I’ve never had such a bad experience over and over again. The manager Alicia said that she could not give me her boss’s phone number to speak with. I just got a sorry there’s nothing I can do for you. Highly do not recommend going here. I had no extra olives or onions like I ordered also very little lettuce. The whole sandwich was basically just bread. This happens every single time I have tried this place.

I’ve been here twice. Once I ordered in person, the other time (today) I ordered through the app. The sandwich today was CONSIDERABLY smaller, had less ingredients inside and did not follow my order. I asked for more lettuce, and more jalapeños and it’s like they did not read the order. I submitted an official complaint on the website as well. The worst part is that the sandwiches I got today were virtually “naked” for a couple inches on the each end. When i picked it up, there were about 3 other guests eating, so lunch rush is not an excuse.

My wife had gone there to get two sandwiches. The girl got very defensive when she made a mistake on what cheese to put on the sandwich and then when my wife want to pay separately and use two different coupons, the girl said I’ll let this go one time after this you can’t do that. These people at the subway are not very professional and don’t understand customer service.

They ran out of mayo, which is all we ever use…they suggested garlic aoli, said like mayo with garlic. Lord, that stuff is disgusting, ruined our sandwiches! Way too watery and super strong, let alone far too much…was drenched with it and that’s all you could taste. They were busy, wish I had slowed down and picked for myself, or just said nothing and put it on when home. The correct way to of handled this, was tell people before they order…if may determine what you order.We threw them away. My Son went back and got his sandwich remade plain, I decided I lost my appetite for Subway, and found something at home.

Usually in and out rather quickly, they can get busy during meal rushes, but that’s normal for fast food. The employees I’ve dealt with are all really friendly and helpful, easy to srike up an enjoyable conversation.

I have to fill all the drinks and grab all the snacks when I could just grab the food and go drop it off, no instead I have an extra 10 mins to ready this order’s drinks and. Chips.

I order online and pickup from this Subway about 1-2 times a month. My order has always been made correctly, and it’s almost always ready when the website tells me it should be. The only deviation to this is during peak times when there are lots of walk-ins (like at lunch), and I think the website is more to blame (since it seems to give the same ASAP wait time no matter what). The one time I had to wait about 10-15 minutes extra and saw firsthand how swamped they were with walk-ins, and the staff were very apologetic. In my experience, they have been very friendly and as quick as possible.
