Stopped in for to go breakfast. Was a little disappointed on the interior. It seemed very sparse and run down for a large dine in area. Service was polite and quick. Love the fact they have double egg and bacon for a sandwich. Food was good.

I have been coming here for 15 years, but I have not stepped foot in the store except for one time in the last 18 months and I regret doing it because it is an absolute rip off. The size of the bagels have diminished greatly. The customer service has gone downhill dramatically And there is absolutely zero and I mean zero value for your money. It is a complete and total rip off now and the quality has regressed significantly. There is a bagel place that I have to travel literally 45 minutes to get to on the other side of Nashville and I don’t mind doing it because number one the bagels are much much better the price is actually reasonable And shows a respect to their customers. I will tell everybody I know that there are numerous and I mean, numerous bagel places now that have better quality and they are a couple that offer a much much better value for your money. The owners and new management of this establishment are disgraceful and an embarrassment to restaurant owners, they should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for ripping off people to this extent.

They have the friendliest staff of anywhere I’ve eaten recently. Seriously the nicest people working here. The bagels are soft and fresh. The sandwiches are delicious. I’m a big fan of this location.

I’d love to give this place a good rating for the food but the atmosphere and staff were so overwhelmingly awful.
1st off there were about 10 customers inside when we entered. Not one person had a clue who was next or how to order. There was no direction.
A guy came in for a pick up order that was clearly sitting ready, and the lady about bit his head off when he went to get it. Then she made him wait over 20mins to get it (probably longer since we left before then and he still was waiting).
A young lady was asked to place her order and stumbled for 10 secs on what to get and the staff left her and took another order instead.
Then a lady walked in waited about 10mins.and then asked if she could place her order and was yelled at that she wasn’t next, when no one knew who was even next.
Super uncomfortable atmosphere!!!!

Great service, sweet employees especially the pretty girl at the register with freckles. The manager Frank has a strong personality but he is pretty decent. The bagels are great every time I get one it’s soft and fresh.

Wow! While on vacation in Nashville we ran across this bagel company. They are made on site. Great taste and texture. Creative menu items. We loved these bagels so much we went back the next day to buy some to take back to Florida with us!!

They either need to renovated or shut down. The inside is gross- smells like sewage/dirty mop water. I went to get what used to be my favorite sandwich- they screwed up every aspect of it.
