Our pizza was extremely overcooked and the wings were undercooked and were rubber. The girl said “Guys there’s a lot of bubbles in the pizza.” And got ignored. Would appreciate if next time you don’t serve something like this. Will not be going back.

Terrible customer service I order from here a lot as my family likes it and I utilize the car side delivery a lot. Well during my recent order I forgot to and so I went inside and the employee looks at me and goes “must be warm enough outside for you” I looked at her and said oh I forgot to select car side and she looks at me and goes “oh how tragic” I’m sorry that is not customer service to give a customer who pays for food there a lot. I am utilizing a service provided with dominos so you’re giving me attitude because I utilize a service provided?!

Highly do not recommend: I’ve called corporate and they have yet to do something about it, even spoke to the managers and apparently they are in dying need of workers that they did nothing about it. I even showed up at the store after my order was cancelled and waited for my order. Apparently that’s the only way I could get my food. Apparently Jessica is the person hang cancels my orders. I also have screenshots showing she is starting to prepare my order and then cancels it. I’m tired of this customer service. It’s actually none at all.

I’m not big on the pepperoni pizza, but I do enjoy the specialty pizzas when I can afford em. I also enjoy their sandwiches and desserts. I wish they had a cpl more salad options. Their coupons online are also great to make eating here affordable, worth it when low on cash or feeding a large family. Delivery drivers are awesome!

All the Delivery Drivers are great,but they won’t answer the phone and literally always mess something up on our order, the only reason we still order from them is because we love pizza, and they are cheap. Literally last night the put no Alfredo sauce on either of our pastas, and almost every time I order a pizza with no Garlic oil THEY STILL PUT IT ON. This is nothing like the domino’s i worked at…. 2/10 Hate to Eat again

I went to Domino’s in Warren instead of Bradford. Everything we ordered was delicious. Our biggest problem was we were eating there and we ordered two 2 liter bottles of soda and they didn’t have any cups. So we had to wait until we got home to drink and eat our food without a drink. If we knew we would have bought individual 20 oz bottles.

Definitely improved their service. I’ve been ordering online now for a few months and using the coupons, saves a ton of money. The two items for $6.99 each is the best deal, upgrade to a specialty pizza for $3 more. $22 & change is a good deal for 2 specialty pizzas with the option to add another for the same price. Just saved $21 on 3 specialty pan pizzas. There is a up charge for pan.

Normally it’s 5 star quality. Tried to use a coupon and was going to be charged 17.99 for a large 2 topping pizza with a 5.99 coupon, that makes no since to me at all. And when I asked why I was told because we have it for delivery. I said no the coupon is for pick up which is what I was going to do and should only be 5.99 plus tax. Then told one moment while I change that to pick up then told it would still be 17.99 for the pizza. I am not impressed with outsourcing calls to order pizza just for them to order it online for me and not get it right.
