The staff is amazing. The owner came over to our table to make sure we were good. We are from Pittsburgh so seeing all the Steeler items on the wall was amazing but to find out they are on the Steeler Registry in little old Kanab was an amazing surprise.
They had their version of the Primanti’s sandwich called the Giff, amazing.

Giff’s Barbeque, great meat and pulled pork sandwich is very tasty and meaty! The sides are rich in flavors, the smoked meats such as brisket, ribs, and chicken are all equally smoky and tasty! Very worth the visit. The place is also attached to a trading post where you can buy souvenirs and see a small western museum.

I was pleasantly surprised when I tried Giff’s Barbeque! Being originally from Kansas City, I am a bit of a barbeque snob. Giff’s did not disappoint. It’s locally owned and operated and the service is very friendly and casual. So far, I’ve tried the brisket and pulled pork and both were juicy and tender. They offer 4 types of barbeque sauce. The signature sauce with bacon and bourbon is outstanding and the dutch oven potatoes and beans are a standout. Portion sizes are generous and pricing is very fair. And if you’re a sports fan, they have several large tv’s to watch. A “must try”!

Stopped in here and grabbed some BBQ to go and it was good. My wife had the chicken and I had the Rib/Brisket combo. We had baked beans and potatoes for sides and they were good. We didn’t care for the cornbread all that much – probably because we didn’t get any butter or honey to put on it and there wasn’t any in the place we were staying.
Looked like a nice place if you wanted to eat in. Clean and tidy and the staff were helpful and cheery!

Easy to miss, impossible to forget! Hands down the best BBQ I’ve had in Utah. No more dry, tough meat. Everything was tender, juicy, seasoned and cooked to perfection.
Portions were generous too! My wife and I shared the cowboy combo and it was perfect for the two of us, especially for the price.

The food is delicious! Had a pulled pork sandwich, beans and potatoes. Fun, open, clean, football theme, relaxed atmosphere. A tiny bit off the main road, but if you like bbq, it’s so worth the visit. Very good!

The best peach cobbler I’ve ever had in my life! The ribs are the kind where the meat falls off the bone . Laid back atmosphere and great gals behind the counter. Military appreciative with a discount is a nice bonus . We were just passing through town and had not planned to come here but glad we did. We ordered the cowboy combo and split it between the two of us and still had leftovers.
