My first Wingstop experience! Finally, you have come to Trussville! The food was completely delicious. I ordered the Korean wings and they were crispy and the sauce was perfect: the fries were some of the best I have ever tasted and the ranch was life changing. Cannot wait to try something different on our next visit! Service was great, food was hot and ready and staff was friendly. Will be back soon!

I went a day earlier in the week there were a bunch of guys working and it was delicious and quick. Decided to give it another try different crew and food was not good, wait time horrible. I ordered online and waited about 10 minutes went inside. The guy said my order wasn’t ready. After about 30 minutes I went back and my food was on the shelf. I told the lady no one told me it was ready. She assured me she had just put it there maybe two minutes earlier. I have a 10-15 minute drive home and my food was completely cold. We didn’t have any ranch and my order was incorrect. I ordered lemon pepper wings through the app and I got what appeared to be wet lemon pepper

I love wingstop. But not at this location. The only good thing about the experience was the nice young man who was clearly new trying to do everyone else’s job. The lady at the front refused to get my side of ranch I asked for. Claimed she was “off the clock”. I asked her to let someone else know so they could get it and she repeated “I said I’m off the clock”. When I got home to eat, realized the fries had absolutely zero seasoning on them. This location is horrible. I feel bad for the young man that was actually nice and doing his job
