Horrible experience. The girl working at the counter was incredibly slow, charged us for a water without telling us, and charged us $4 per 6 inch sub for double turkey (which wasn’t even double turkey. She just ran out of turkey and didn’t want to get more). Ridiculous and disgraceful.

Employee gonna tell me i can’t have a fork because I didn’t get a salad. The customer drink area had one knife, no napkins, straws,forks or anything. They did have drink lids.lol not going back. Not worth my time. Way too negative environment for me. Employees look like they hate their job. Sorry that’s just the vibe I got walking in there.

The toaster was broken so no hot meals. The servers were friendly. But there was no baby changing pad in the bathrooms. VERY large gap on the bathroom doors. Anyone could look in and see me do my business. And the door to the stall didn’t lock. To be fair, the bathroom was clean and the chicken salad wrap was tasty and fresh.

Please for the love of god WHY do you make me wait for my order that I payed to be ready at a certain time because im on my lunch break and dont have all day?
Also, when your rep talks to me like she hates being alive and says “we don’t make doordash orders until the dasher arrives” makes literally zero sense especially since like i said I was on a time crunch

I try to give every place a fair shake, but this visit left me mighty disappointed. I’ve always appreciated it when a restaurant serves food that looks fresh and inviting — unfortunately, the food here looked old and unappetizing, and I couldn’t bring myself to enjoy it. On top of that, the service wasn’t handled with the care and professionalism I’ve come to expect.
I truly believe kindness and good manners go a long way, and I hope management can take this feedback to heart. With fresher food and more attentive service, this Subway could really shine the way it ought to. Until then, I’ll have to think twice before coming back.
I think the person preparing the sandwich took a bathroom break while my sandwich was in the toaster and another person took it from the oven without gloves and yelled to the back for the girl to return and finish the sandwich.

This subway is not a professional place to find, and the employees were not well-trained. I got no receipt; the cashier didn’t ring up the purchase, she sat there in a chair taking the money, debating with another employee how much to charge, and did not stand up while accepting payment.
This was another crazy experience…

I love the employees at this store. They do the best they can with what they’ve been handed. However, my complaint with this store starts at the top. Their leaders need to ensure that there is enough bread to last an entire business day, not being left with 5 stale odds and ends left on a tray and telling them to “ration” it out or try to sell the salads to the customers. Your store is located off a busy highway and while I’m a subway fan, this store is my last choice because I already know they’re going to be limited on more than half the items.
Why does ownership and management not care about the customers or their employees? Do better – it’s your job to lead – not tell them to ‘figure it out’ or ration the bread.

Pretty good subway. The workers were very sweet and didnt skimp on the servings. The sandwhich itself was delicious. The bread was pillowy and the sauce really pulled it all together. Bathrooms smelled a little weird but can’t blame them for that.

Stopped in on a Saturday between baseball with family. The place was slightly busy and only one person was working. She was polite and got all sandwiches made at an accelerated rate to get customers in and out. A gentleman behind us became upset and left, but he overreacted. We only waited 5-7 minutes to get sandwiches made. If I had a complaint, I would say that the owners need to get the young lady some help and have at least 2 folks working. She did seem overwhelmed and stated that she had been there since 8am by herself. It was roughly 3pm.

This is my favorite place to eat , Absolutely love the customer service and the staff is very respectful and clean when preparing your orders. I often eat there as much as I can and prefer this place over any other place. And you couldn’t ask for better service than what you get at Subway. The saff keeps the place very clean I’ve never been disappointed . Absolutely love this Subway ❤️
