So I should have paid attention to the reviews. 1hr 20 min no pizza. Been watching the driver go past the road. I have specific instructions when I ordered the pizza. Google map will bring you to the door too. But they lied instead of staying the girl couldn’t follow instructions. Work at FedEx for 30 years this is not a hard place to find. Hopefully I get my refund to my debit card.

They got a pretty good pizza when you can get your hands on it. They have a giant sign in their window that says lunch everyday from 11:00 to 12:30. I’ve probably been in there a dozen times during my lunch break at work and I think I’ve gotten Pizza once or twice. They have lost my business for good…. Update, I posted the same review on Facebook and got an argument with the owner….. Second update, I’ve seen they removed the sign from their window but still haven’t been back.

I have to take back my review and the pictures I posted earlier this summer. I went back this evening and found out that they have incorrect prices posted on Google, and the food quality has massively gone downhill. I got two extremely greasy cheesy bread that she tried to sell to me for $10 each for when I arrived. When I pointed out the online prices, as I always order by phone and have to look up the phone number, I got some very unpleasant responses. I won’t say what happened, but it was poor customer service that I’ve never gotten at a restaurant from someone who is supposedly a manager. She apologized, but too little and too late after she saw I was taking photos, which I will be posting here. You can decide for yourself if fluctuating prices for bad food and even poorer service are your thing or not. It certainly is not mine, and I will not be back as this restaurant has unfortunately declined a great deal over the summer. I’ll post pictures of how you are supposed to order and the reason why so that you can judge for yourself. Personally, I do not feel like writing a blank check for bad service and greasy food.

One of the worst places I’ve ever ordered from. Not sure if the person on duty was high or something but they didn’t understand anything we were asking for and we had to give and spell out our address several times only for them to call and ask what it was when they were coming.
The person said it was too hard to add parmesan butter to our crust, then called back and said they actually could.
They didn’t tell us there would be a 10 dollar extra fee for longer distance delivery, if we had known that we would have just waited to order somewhere closer.
Our pizza came completely cold, uncut, and he didn’t come with a receipt for us. The receipt they did have for us to sign had completely the wrong items on there that we didn’t order we don’t even know if we were charge the correct order. They said there was no manager on duty at all and gave us a number that led to a voicemail of the number but we don’t even know if it’s a person or who that person is.
It tastes okay, normal pizza, definitely not worth the hassle and the extremely expensive price.

My family’s favorite pizza place.
We had my son’s birthday party last weekend and ordered the night before. I walked in the door 5 minutes early for pick up, and they were pulling it out of the oven right on time. Staff was jovial and friendly. Really got the feeling they love what they do.
The pizza, as always, was delicious and the Italian bread bites were a hit too.

Although the food is okay, the owner and his daughter who does the hiring are extremely unprofessional and don’t like to pay their employees who are not related to them I would suggest dominoes instead! Update: I forgot to mention this as well but the customer service is awful, and I saw a mouse in the kitchen once hiding in the pizza delivery pouch.

First problem is my husband said they were rushing him out the door when he picked up our order and did not want to be bothered. We ordered online and it said they closed at 10… apparently it’s 9 so they need to update their hours. Second problem is the prices are way too high or what you get. Pizza was mediocre and breadsticks were terrible. Not worth what we paid. Go to Joes down the road in Plainwell instead.

I’m a local that’s enjoyed pizza out of this spot for many years, since it was Joe’s way. The quality of the food and service has gone to trash. I have had a few negative interactions recently but today was the straw that broke the camels back. I called to place an order, I was told on the phone they are running a special with 2 16 inch 2 topping pizzas for $26. So I get that deal, ask them to square cut them and take it easy on the sauce. I go in to pay and I’m charged over $30 for the 2 pizzas because I only got 1 topping on one of the pizzas?!? I get home and guess what, they are not square cut and loaded with sauce. Oh and the breadsicks are now $8? I called mannie and told him that he has lost a costumer and his response is “thats on you bro”. Poor attitude to have with a costumer in my opinion.

They are open when they feel like it. Customer service is subpar and so is the food they used to advertise pizza by the slice for lunch, but never had any. After four or five tries I gave up on that finally ordered a pizza and it took an hour and was not very good.
