Sometimes the service can be a little off, but everyone has bad days. I will say though, I like extra cheeses on my burritos and they DEFINITELY give you extra cheese. I have not had any real issues with this location. They are generally fast and courteous.

I am now old enough to remember visiting the earliest locations of Taco Bell with family, back when they were first-founded in California in the early 60s, and in terms of overall quality, there is no meaningful comparison of the products they served back then and the ‘garbage’ they serve today. None! The food served by the Taco Bell location there in Polson, and frankly, at most of their locations across America now-days, is quite simply, overpriced “dog food”. And that is NOT an unfair or overly harsh critique. Its “fact”, plain and simple.

Randyn(I think I got the spelling right) is the closing manager and was awesome! Him and his closing crew were super nice, respectful, had great attitudes and really took care of me. I pulled in late and I drive a utility bucket truck and couldn’t make it through the drive and Randyn and the team really made it easy for me. This is honestly the best and quickest service I have ever gotten at a Taco Bell. 10/10

I jus got home after stopping at the drive though and when I opened the chalupa it has like nothing on it. This is ridiculous. Can’t wait to see the person face to face and ask them why they hate their lives so much that they can’t even make a chalupa correctly.

Their automated system was shit. And when I was struggling with it and showing frustration the manager popped on and instead of asking if we needed help he was rude and unkind. He told me to go somewhere else. It’s not my fault they rely on the automated system to do everything instead of helping a customer. Then when I got to the window the lady behind the window just rudely told me how I didn’t pronounce something correctly and informed how to properly pronounce it with attitude. If they are so willing to ignore struggling customers and be rude and critical then I’ll never come back. I almost left without my order they were so rude.

My portion of the order was done incorrectly. I ordered a cheese cassidia. It cold cheese slammed in a wrap and folded over on itself. This is the second worse Taco Bell. The first is in Lee County, NC in Horner Blvd. This one in Polston, Montana is really bad sorry to say. I hope they learn protocol, but really this Taco Bell should be shut down and replaced with a Greek restaurant or a vegetarian restaurant.
