The management as well as the delivery driver was exceptional!
Our order consisted of 2 medium pizzas, one pan 3-topping and the 2nd was a hand-tossed fiesta beef.
Delivery time was 8 minutes early. The pan pizza was correct, but the 2nd was a hand-tossed beef, not the fiesta beef pizza. The driver was extremely genuine in her disappointment of delivering the wrong pizza, went back to the store where management made a very satisfying LARGE fiesta beef and was delivered back to us in 20 minutes.
The inspiration behind this ranking is that the driver immediately offered two suggestions to either have the pizza re-delivered or have the 2nd pizza refunded. This was a great customer experience where the driver genuinely was disappointed and offered up 2 positive customer solutions. And there seemed to be quick managerial approval and delivered a perfect product, as a large, which impresses on me that they were correcting an error with an apology.
This kind of customer service is extremely rare in today’s fields as no one wants to correct customer errors. This was exceptional, and I have worked in the customer service field for 26 years.
Fantastic job!!! Give the driver a raise and hold on to her until she moves on to bigger things! Thank you from a satisfied customer!

I picked up my order inside. The staff greeted me and was very friendly. The little gal that rang up my order had a big bright friendly smile. How that smile affected the rest of the transaction, a smile really does make a difference. There was a tiny gal behind the counter also, she did greet me, but she wasn’t smiling at all, just all business. I got there right when they were slicing my pizza, so it was nice and hot, and prepared as I had ordered. The wings where ok, they were not completely coated with sauce, it was as they had poured the sauce in the bowl first and didn’t shake the wings in it. Maybe that is how they are supposed to do it, and you the customer shake it.

Ordered a pizza to be delivered to my sons house. Never got and got a text saying is was delivered. Called the store it was to be delivered from and was on hold and still am on hold for now 10 minutes. I will never order again and I even paid a tip plus the automatic delivery charge. Ordering online is the worst I’m wondering if the employees can even read a ticket. Ordered wings and one pizza, still found a way to mess it up. Never again. Tried calling store for over 30 mins and no answer. What a joke of a business. Don’t advertise fresh ingredients better pizza than the competitors when you cant even deliver as promised.

I had an issue with the quality of pizza, and within a day I received a call from the manager to apologize and find out exactly what the problem was so that he could make sure that his new staff had an opportunity to correct it in the future. No other pizza hut has ever cared about an issue enough to actually reach out. Will absolutely be returning to this Pizza Hut, especially since this was the only time it hadn’t been perfect.

This location seldom, if ever, gets it right. Today, I ordered extra sauce on the pizza – there was virtually none. Not the first time this has happened, but definitely the last time I’ll come here. The Pizza Hut at Maple & Ridge always gets orders right – I’ll just go there from now on even though it’s a further drive from home.
