Spent over an hour in the drive-thru with barely 5 cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the window and politely asked for a refund or at least a drink card for the ridiculous wait, they told me it was “policy” not to offer anything. No apology, no accountability.
If your staff is overwhelmed, fine, but don’t make your customers pay for it literally. Absolutely wild experience. Biggby corporate needs to reevaluate this location’s standards ASAP!!! Drink also tasted like trash.

Been here 2 times and both times waited nearly 20 minutes with only a couple of cars ahead of me. This last time, and it is my LAST time here, they were bringing drinks out to cars behind me. There were several people “working” inside. Looked as if they were just standing around instead of doing anything. Finally, when my drink was done, she just held it near the window and turned to talk to the others inside.

Don’t use walk up window in the mornings. They will prioritize drive through first. Regardless of there being a new person. Staff yourself properly for training to avoid a cluster.

Stopped here for coffee while in Port Clinton. Everything we purchased was superb! The coffee was excellent! I got an iced vanilla latte with 2 extra shots of espresso which was great. I also got a blueberry muffin which was so good and a bacon, egg and cheese bagel which was pretty large and SO DELICIOUS- definitely one of the top 5 breakfast sandwiches I have ever had! Would definitely go back. I wish there was a Biggby Coffee near Pittsburgh, PA!
