Ok, first the bad. Delivery from doordash never came. An hour and a half later they hadn’t even assigned a driver ao I had to cancel the order. I much prefer if a place offers delivery they do it themselves so there is 1 point of contact. That being said the manager at the chippewa falls location is exceptional! In a world of poor customer service these days, its rare to find someone who is as helpful and responsible as he was during this situation. Whatever you are paying him it probably isn’t enough.

Delicious take and bake pizzas to please any appetite large or small. Sides like the cheesy bread and the desert pizza as well as the new pumpkin bars and smores bars. So much to satisfy everyone for a quick homemade dinner that can be made to order your way with build your own pizza options also. Check out the online menu for full menu choice. They have pick up window at the Lake Hallie location for convenience. Also they do require masks and are limiting the number of people they allow to wait inside for pizza orders so calling or placing orders ahead are best. Try the stuffed crust pizza that is absolutely delicious! New menu choices, big delicious pizzas and dessert pizza and cookie dough. They do not have to have masks anymore and you don’t have to wait outside for your pizza. Well worth the delicious cheesy home made pizza night.

First time at this location! We usually order at the Eau Claire location; however, they were closed due to a fire. The Chippewa location was a great experience. Easy pick-up, staff friendly, and the place is spotless! Thanks for making it easy!

Super friendly store, always has our order ready when we get there. Reynaldo and his staff are always so nice. Just wish you would bring back regular sausage on the pizzas, it was our favorite! Otherwise we always love the pizza.

This is only the second time I’ve been here in almost 5 years my last visit a few months ago was unpleasant just because of the workers at a different location dislocation on the other hand the workers on this location for very courteous and friendly and helpful I haven’t had the pizza yet but it looks delicious if I ever get another coupon for Papa Murphy’s I will definitely come back to this location just for the pleasant atmosphere and a nice workers

My only neutral ratings were due to extenuating circumstances that were totally out of Papa Murphy’s control. A recent bout of Covid affected my taste and my access to a proper gas oven to bake the pizza was very sadly missing, and the electric oven has a broken temperature dial.
