The food is always dried out and old! I go after 8:00pm and it’s always a mess in the place. Food looks like it sat all day. The workers hair is hanging around not looking clean. Everything The employee’s make you stand around Waiting to place your order they’re unfriendly. I have ordered a large bag of chip and they were stale both times. One night they did not have any vegetarian protein nor black beans! I’ve never experienced such a disappointing Chipotle I keep trying to go back to give them a benefit of the doubt, but I keep getting disappointed each time Unfortunately, it’s not many options to get vegetarian food in Asheboro so it really stinks I had high hopes when it came in town. When I got home with my salad, the bag was completely wet and torn. The lettuce and ingredients were so soggy and wilted. Nothing was fresh a waste of my money. I would love a refund for spending money for a bag of stale chips and wilted, wet, salad!

I have nothing but love for this Chipotle location. I eat here once a week. Sometimes I have bad customer service interactions, but overall the employees are kind and thoughtful. Make my burrito bowl extra special. They also give a pretty good amount of chicken which makes me full at the end. Love Chipotle.

The food containers were empty when I walked up to the bar . When I asked for a meat she took a Togo sauce cup to the back and came back with the smallest amount of chicken in that sauce cup . All my food was cold cold ! Like it was in the refrigerator. Chips were cold . The girl taking my order had an attitude when I asked about the tiny cup of meat she gave me . Not one person in there showed any kind of excitement to be there. Not one thank you or hello nothing ! I’ll continue going to baja bowls and get a wonderful hot meal and nice people !

Slow service due to customers not knowing what they’re ordering. All of the tables and floor were dirty. The food is disappointing and is not that good compared to QDOBA Mexican Eats. QDOBA Mexican Eats is one of the best places in this category that I have ate. Sorry to say I will not come back to the chipotle franchise.

Food was good but the pork had a lot of fat on it but my bowl was leaking to the point by the time I got to my the bag fell apart and my order was ready at 2:50 and that’s when I picked it up!! I grabbed extra napkins thank goodness!!! And the drink station was horrible looking and only one lid to fit my cup and it was dirty!! The bowl leaked all over my seats and stirring wheel door and self. It was good but I won’t be back!! Wasn’t worth 20 dollar’s just for myself a burrito bowl chips and a med drink!!!!!

Last week was my first chance to visit the recently built Asheboro location. I used the app to place an order for two kids meals and a drink for myself. I placed the order for pickup in an hour, so I’d have enough time to get off work and swing by on my way home. The food had to have been prepared the moment the order came in, because when I arrived to pick up my order, all the food was room temperature. And I mean ALL of it. I chose a tangerine as a side for each of the meals, and one with milk and other with apple juice. The two hot meals were placed in a paper bag, with the fruit and drinks sitting on the lid, and the whole bag stapled shut and sitting on a shelf. When I arrived on time for my order, the cold milk, juice, and fruit had condensated a sweaty mess on top of the cardboard dome of the kids meal and were completely room temperature, and the hot food inside the food containers had steamed a soggy mess inside the boxes and were also room temperature. And the cashier had to be reminded I ordered a drink, didn’t bother checking her order slip for what it was and just said ‘well what did you order?’ before bringing me back a lemonade that wasn’t full and barely had ice. I didn’t notice the issue with the kids meals until I arrived home and opened it up. Nothing was salvageable and after a long day it was less effort to scrape together something for the family at home verses going back to Chipotle for a second serving of terrible service and certain food poisoning. It was an absolute waste of time and money and I won’t be bothering to go back. Save your money and find literally anywhere else to eat, this location is a guaranteed disappointment.

I am NOT impressed at all. This makes twice we have paid $17 for extra steak on my husbands burrito and they did not provide it. And the Chicken in my bowl tasted as if it had been reheated in a microwave and was BURNT. I could barely eat it.
