Food: The food was nothing crazy. The vegetables seemed fresh enough, but the protein options left a lot to be desired. The menu says “seared shrimp” but in reality it just looks like your avg boiled cocktail shrimp. My “crispy chicken” was also your avg frozen chicken tenders cut up. I got the thai sticky salad, swapping out mango for avocado. The dressing was delicious.

Service: The service was nothing to write home about. Man who helped me was frosty. When I asked for a “regular” amount of dressing, he told me to say when and when I asked him if it was a normal amount of dressing (mind this is my first time and I don’t know how strong the dressings are), he said “everyone has a different standard for normal” which wasn’t very helpful. The salad ended up being fine though.

Atmosphere: Fine, no line, worked quickly.

I only eat salads from this exact location. Anywhere else is not acceptable.

Excellent concept, poor execution.
Ordered the Shrimp Power Bowl, but they were out of Shrimp. Had to talk them into no upcharge for steak (which costs less than Shrimp on their menu). The menu says there’s brown rice in this bowl, but there was none in mine. Not sure how you forget ingredients. $19 for some spinach and 3 oz of steak is pretty egregious. (also, it depends on who is working. In the past I’ve had fully packed bowls, this time very light).

Very mediocre salad. I got a Thai salad… it was ok but about 5 percent of the lettuce was bad/not fresh… Mango that is part of the Ingredient that made it initially attractive to me was frozen. Shrimp was tiny and tough and tasted overcooked and overfrozen…This salad cost $18.80 , which in my opinion was not worth it. The person mixing the salad was just shaking it in the large bowl ( vs using some utensils… and then finished mixing with gloved hands)…. It is probably sanitary but I felt uncomfortable knowing her hands were in the food I would be eating… ( gloved hands, thankfully)…..The dressing was way too sweet….I asked for light dressing… got it dowsed with it ..

From my experience I likely won’t be back but the next customer may have better experience.

Amazing find. I went to the downtown location. All the salads looked amazing, the place is clean and nicely decorated, the woman working was so friendly, and it’s fun to watch the salad being mixed in that massive bowl. Amazing food and great service. One of the best salads I’ve had.

I am glad another lunch option opened near where I work. I had the shrimp power bowl. The food was fresh and they adjusted dressing level for me. Not inexpensive but good healthy food with friendly staff. Place was also clean.

The salad (Lowrider) was pretty flavorless. I don’t know if it is a dressing issue or salt level, but it was not good. The iceberg didn’t do the salad any favors. Maybe I would give it another shot but there are much more tasty salads in the skyway.

Be aware there is only one vegetarian option on the menu.

The container was less full than other skyway salads.

It looks like they are using compostable containers but there is no compost in the restaurant. So plastic forks, etc, are getting tossed in.

Hopefully they can improve.
