I was so taken back walked in the looked mad, then noticed it had disgusting floor not one table was cleaned where you look into the veggies and meat the glass is so dirty I was so grossed out as I was ordering a salad and a kids meal the girl didn’t even helped me when asking what came with the meal! Waste of a great place! Management you need to step in!

Ms. Shirley is the GOAT!!!! She was nice, conversational, fast, and thorough! The store was clean and the food was fully stocked. I go to the shop at least every other week and there is a reason we keep coming back when the sandwiches are 18.00. The food is good but Ms. Shirley?!? You won’t find a better sandwich artist!

Was going to get 3 protein pockets was told I could only get the veggies that were listed under the description of each pocket and could not get any other veggies not listed. When I worked for subway we made the order how the customer asked if something was substited one the meat side or extra added we charged accordingly. Sad because now me and coworkers will be going to go to the other subway further away.

If I can give 0 stars I would , literally no good morning or nothing of some sort of welcoming what so ever first red flag and the place was empty only one person getting checked out considering they had two workers ( older lady and dark complexion lady)
My sandwich literally looks like it’s for a kid . Barely ANYTHING ON THERE ! Like did I ask for a veggie delight ? Uhh NO I DID NOT
And I had to go back inside to ask for my sauces that I put on the special instructions and the attitude/look on her face of the older lady was just like if I was bothering her ?? Sheesh my bad You guys forgot my sauce . Definitely not worth the drive for this location.

I asked for a 6 inch twice. He said he would just ring it up as a 6 inch because he had already laid the meatballs all over the bread. When he rung me up he charged me for a foot long. I had to repeat the same answers multiple times. The glass was very dirty and splattered. The toppings in the steel containers were all over the place. I don’t think I’d come to this location to be honest. Employees aren’t rude, it’s just dirty and unprofessional.

Amelia the older lady working there was EXTREMELY rude. Waving her hand and saying “whatever whatever” to anything you say. On top of that she didn’t even make the sandwich right. Due to her attitude i said i just want what comes on the Italiano. And instead of all the ingredients listed, she put lettuce and tomato and called it a day. I understand work can be stressful, but you meed to get a grip if you’re working a service job. Especially when im paying over $15 for a sandwich and drink.

There was a new guy working and was struggling a bit to make our sandwiches. That’s understandable since he was clearly new. However, there were 3 people working and 1 of them was just hanging out in the back while the new guy struggled for 10 minutes trying to make our stuff.
Also the lids for the iced teas were nowhere to be found. It’s gross and unsanitary and needs to be taken care of by the staff. Should be doing their jobs and not hanging out in the back joking around.

Paid $10.50 + tax for the equivalent of a side salad with a tiny bit of runny tuna on it. Yes, that’s tuna. Could’ve had a salad twice the size for almost half the price at salad and go. Won’t do this again. The sandwich would’ve had more in it.

Very rude workers don’t great you when coming in just long stares. Online ordering was also off which makes no sense because it was empty when I got here. To top it off got here and it’s cash only?? Beautiful sign to look at when ordering. The vibe here is very unwelcoming. I would drive miles to another Subway than ever coming here.
