I ordered a burrito bowl from this place and took it back to my workplace to eat. When I opened it, 1 found a hair inside the food. I immediately went back to the restaurant to report it and politely asked for a refund.
However, the owner behaved very rudely and blamed me, saying that the hair was mine — even though I had my hair completely tied up and covered. The hair clearly matched the female employee working there, not mine. Instead of apologizing, they argued with me and refused to refund my money.
After a long argument, they finally gave me another bowl, but that one was even worse — the avocado was rotten, and the rice had a bad smell. It was completely inedible and a total waste of money.
This place shows poor hygiene, unprofessional behavior, and disrespectful customer service. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Jessica was welcoming and very attentive. The food was great. Had a couple of tacos and a delicious agua de piña. Jessica proceeded to provide chips and salsa and a side of beans with cheese for dip! They have a salsa bar and the tacos come with grilled onions and jalapeño on the side. A lot of food and even better service for a great price. Hands down the best value I’ve encountered in years!

Terrible experience for the second time after the first time I tried to give them another chance but absolutely not the customer service is so bad, and the young lady at the register is always really rude I ordered two pozole’s for almost $40 and when I got home they didn’t give me tortillas cilantro nothing but asked me what kind of tortillas I wanted on the phone then when I called she laughed and hung up on my face don’t go here I should’ve known because they never have any customers in there. Don’t waste your time.

Hidden away near Smart n Final is this small family run Taqueria. Sat and ordered a couple of burritos with my significant. I enjoyed a very flavorful carnitas burrito while my wife chose the asada chicken one. The 2 salsas were tasty but not too spicy. We were the only ones sitting but I noticed quite a few to-go orders being picked up.

Great food and the flavors are spectacular! My wife ordered green sauce but they gave her red. I however, ordered the red sauce. I had a Michelada with Pacifico Beer. It was delicious. I had a burrito and an enchilada with carne Asada. My wife had a Chile relleno and a chicken enchilada. Both of our dinner plates were served with beans and rice. We dined in, so we were served chips and salsa.

A very casual late lunch atmosphere. Food was great. Service was great. I tried the Molcajete! Was very good. This is our 2nd time here. Would come back again to try other dishes.

Los Lagos Taquiera is the best kept secret in town when it comes to authentic and delicious Mexican cuisine. My family love it so much, we have 10-20 people birthday dinners here. There is never any complaint and we are always completely stuffed. The ceviche is unmatched in town and the molcajete is truly amazing. Thank you Los Lagos!
