I am not one to ever leave a bad review so this will be the first. Worst experience ever. Had a mobile order scheduled for pick up. Me and my sister stood there for 5 minutes while they had a conversation after making direct eye contact with us and not acknowledging us. Mind you the place was empty and there were 4 people behind the counter. Our food was sitting back there the whole time. I work in the food industry and this is completely unacceptable. I have been coming here with my family since I was a child and will never be back. worst customer service. 6/9/25

Not the potbelly I usually go to but, we visit it once a year on our way up to Wi. I have to say, they consistently have some of the best sandwiches of any potbelly I’ve been too. Very friendly staff as well. There was a bit of smoke in the air this time because they were cooking a bunch of bacon but it wasn’t over whelming or anything. We still will keep this as a stop on our yearly trip.

I absolutely love this place. I moved out of state for a few years and many times I thought… I really miss potbelly. This location specifically, I have been going to for multiple decades. It’s my favorite! No other store compares to the level of quality and just generally upright to be there. Mo usually makes my sandwiches and they delicious and perfect. She also makes my day better with her uplifting personality and I’m so impressed at her ability to remember my order and especially impressed at how delicious she makes the food! My happy place for sure. ☮️

Ordered through the app for pickup next morning, received confirmation # on app + email confirmation. When I got to the store they told me the order did not get through, did not offer to still give me the same deal or anything like that even though I wasted my time to come to the store and had an already placed order. Will think twice before giving them my business again.
