FANTASTIC Cheesesteaks and actually got chicken w my son. This is a Hidden Gem and seeded rolls are legit !!! BEST chicken cheesesteak I’ve had outside of W Chester / Philly. Legit and great small family owned.

Was passing through Lemoyne
Stopped at Cheesesteak Guy and grabbed three steak and cheeses and chopped cheese. One with onions and peppers, 2 with just onions, and one chopped cheese style. They’ve got Cooper Sharp, provolone, and Cheez Whiz for options, which I respect.
Cheese was throughout, not just sitting on top. Meat had good flavor and was seasoned right. Fries were seasoned too!!
Solid spot if you’re in the area.

It’s a cheesesteak, a really good cheesesteak. Tastes like the ones from Philly. Crazy amount of meat and they put the sides on the side so they don’t get mushy. Super quick and very clean. Definitely going back.

Believe the hype. This place makes a great steak. Meat is top quality rolls are great as well. I just wish it was a little more toasted. Tots were fried hard and were delicious. The only reason I gave them a 4 for atmosphere, was because it was literally the same temperature inside as outside.

The balance was way off on my sandwich. Ordered a cheese steak with onions and provolone cheese. So much meat and almost no onions. The lady at the counter was nice but waiting almost 20 minutes with only two people in front of me was ridiculous! There’s several places to find a great tasting cheese steak in the area but this isn’t one of them. One trip was enough for me, no reason to return!!

I went to the Lemoyne site and called ahead for my order. I had the cheesesteak with copper cheese, mushrooms, onions and peppers. And an order of onion rings. It’s a shame the cheesesteak looked and smelled good but unfortunately it had a lot of fat and gristle which is a turn off. I did eat about a quarter of it but I think they forgot the peppers and mushrooms. I looked through the other half did not find any. The onion rings were good quality but why do you have to add all salt. Most places do not salt onion rings. I tried scraping the salt off but they were still too salty. I probably won’t go back and it’s sad because there is a lot of potential with this place.

The regular cheesesteak was yummy. They give you quite a few options to pick from on how you’d like it made. The Cacio E Pepe cheesesteak was delicious. The cracked pepper Coopers sharp, and the roasted whole garlic cloves gave this a flavor I wasn’t expecting but really appreciated. The Greek burger is basically a gyro in burger form. The poppy seeded onion roll paired greatly with it. The tots were perfect. Nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Will definitely be coming back here again.

We drove from Gettysburg to try this place. Glad we did! THE absolute best cheesesteak outside Philly. The roll- A+ chewy top, fluffy inside. The steak- A++ Real steak chipped perfectly and seasoned to perfection. I’m a whiz guy and they offer it! Ketchup was the best Heinz Simply. The Cuban! You ain’t never had a Cuban til you have this one! I’m gonna leave the Cuban at that. Sweet Potato Fries were from another planet. Could offer better drinks, like fountain and the atmosphere was a little bland…..but you don’t eat the atmosphere! Will definitely be back!
