I ordered a large lo mein and the portion was good but there was absolutely no sauce on the noodles. it was the palest lo mein i’ve ever had and there was no flavor.

Take out only. No dine in available. Placing the order through the phone. I ordered the boneless spare ribs dinner combination (came with fried rice) and lo mein chicken. Good portion size. The food was decent and pretty typical for takeouts. The spare ribs were quite dry but the fried rice was tasty. Street parking only.

Food was delicious, but I made an error when ordering and the driver was extremely rude & berated me over the phone. I ordered delivery because I was dangerously sick & couldn’t really stay in the kitchen to cook due to an extreme fever, but when I placed my order Google accidentally filled in an address about a 4 minute drive from mine. The driver called me and asked if he had the right address. When I checked and then apologized at length for the issue, he began yelling- repeating “You gave me the wrong address! It’s so far!” He also continued doing this when the order was dropped off.
Quality of the meal was fine, but not worth the customer service. This was definitely also my fault to some extent and I feel terrible, but when you’re ill and can barely walk without nearly blacking out you really don’t want to deal with that kind of behavior. I don’t plan on ordering from here again. If you do- double check everything, or you may have to deal with some attitude.

This is the best value-for-money Chinese food!!!! I had the best Thursday night eating takeout Fujian. The sizes are ample! The prices are very reasonable! Their speed is also remarkable. With everything going up in price I am very grateful for their meals and service.

Good value. Food is just OK. It won’t make you sick, but all the sauces taste the same no matter which dish you order.

I recently decided to try this restaurant again after the first time 20 years ago when they first opened. It was horrible then, and it is not great now. I really do not understand why people rave about this place.
For starters, the hot and sour soup was okay. The egg rolls were hot and fairly tasteless, as was the fried rice. I’m not really sure what kind of chicken (?) pink slime pressed pieces they used for the mystery meat in the Kung Pao, which, by the way, is supposed to be a rich sauce that explodes with flavor and spiciness (see the example photo), but the one here is a pale, watery letdown. The Szechuan Lo Mein was edible with slippery pieces of fake crab and other fake meat-ish things.

The humble setting doesn’t tell you what delights are cooked in the kitchen. We ordered out and the food was ready upon arrival. For 5 people we ordered 3 appetizers and 4 entrees. It was more than enough. Spicy dishes were well-seasoned, veggies were hot and crispy, and each dish was distinct.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Perhaps it was the owner who carried part of my order with me to a parking lot! We paid $90 for dinner for 5…
And we had leftovers. We will definitely go back.

Ordered a shrimp dish first time and got all veggies and 5 tiny shrimp. This is the result of the second chance. Chicken and Cashew dish ended up becoming “celery, carrots and sauce”. The sad part is I dumped 3 spoonfuls of celery down my drain before taking the picture. Had 5-6 small thin chicken pieces in it. It is what it is. They got their 2nd chance and blew it

I cannot complain; Fu Jian is exactly what I am looking for in my local Chinese Takeout. The prices are fair, the food is filling, tasty, and a perfect guilty pleasure. Don’t go out of your way, but if you are in the area and are craving something of this type you are at the right place.
Tier List of Foods I Have Had Here:
— Tier 1, You Gotta Get —
Pork Lo Mein
— Tier 2, Worth the Price —
Hot and Sour Soup, Orange Chicken
–Tier 3, I’d Skip It–
White Rice (Too Dry)

I ordered kung pao chicken and got basically a stir fried celery and carrot mixture in rice sauce. There were very few pieces of chicken and they werent even cooked like kung pao chicken, it was worse than of those soggy microwave meals. Something in the entree tasted like it was rotting, too, and I had to spit it out. I spent the last of my money on this and I’m actually so sad because I don’t have anything else to eat for the next couple days. I really hope they refund me.
Update: they denied that the food could be rotting and told me that they refuse to do refunds. They said they would only remake or replace it with something else. I don’t want to eat here after tasting something rotting in my entree. I don’t know why they would only offer a remake. If you are reading this review, I would definitely avoid going here.
Update (again): I got food poisoning and spent all of yesterday vomiting and I’m unable to leave the bed. I puked so many times and missed an entire day of classes and work. I wouldn’t eat here again if I was paid to do it.
