This is my favorite spot for great testing food. They have the best naan (made from scratch), goat curry, chana curry, sheesh kabab, chicken over rice… my list will go on
I like their balance of spices and freshness.
I always try different foods from the menu and they never disappoint .

They hands down have the best chicken and lamb over rice combo on Long Island (no salad).. something about getting it well done/cooked crispy just hits better than sha’s or halal guys..

Chicken kabab roll. It’s not your average kabab roll. It has a unique delicious flavor in the meat. The salad is very delicious too, a nice blend of romaine and red cabbage, not your average iceberg lettuce. White sauce completes it. You can add red sauce if you dare, but not me. ♀️ Naan is soft and fluffy—super fresh. If you see a blue spot, it’s not mold, it’s just from the red cabbage.

The place didn’t give me a good feeling the minute I walked in I should’ve just avoided this place.
I don’t mind paying for good quality food but this was definitely Not quality nor fresh. The Chicken Tasted old. The rice and lettuce was tasteless.
$1.50 naan but added $0.50 for butter which I didn’t see or taste at all not to mention the naan was old and tasted like cardboard.

Never had a plate here I didn’t love. Shahs is garbage in comparison. Don’t forget to get a naan with your plate, they make them fresh

This place has been a favorite of mine for years, but lately it’s been a disappointment. Not sure if it’s because of the new owners, but they have increased the prices and charge for every little thing. The old owners never used to do stuff like. Charging for a small hot sauce on the side is ridiculous and can drive away loyal customers like myself. The owner rings you up and charges you first and then does the sauces and gives very little. It’s just not good practice, stop being stingy, now I would much rather go to Shah’s.
