It was my first time and that burger was so so good. I always seen your commercial but never went but last night I was tempted to go to Pork Chop BBQ but didnt want to spend that kind of money. Something said let’s try Sonic and I am so glad I/we did and fries and milk shake was chocolate was delicious. I will come back when I’m in the area for sure!!! Awesome way better than McD’s well I usually don’t go to fast foods anymore but I will go back her again!!!!

Came here today. The girl taking my order was incredibly sweet and my order was out to my car in less than 5 minutes for my family. With that being said, every one of us have been incredibly sick for the past 8 hours. We all got sick within 20-30 minutes of eating. With the amount of pain I’ve been in all day I can’t imagine how bad my kids have it, I feel so terrible for them.

The service is extremely slow every time I come here. I ordered a wrap and it took over 10 minutes to come out and when it finally did it fell apart because it wasn’t even made well. Do better.

I recently tried Sonic’s soft pretzel, and I was honestly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. It had that perfect golden-brown crust with just the right amount of salt sprinkled on top, and the inside was soft, warm, and chewy—everything you want in a pretzel. What really took it to the next level was the cheese dip they served it with; it added a creamy, savory kick that paired perfectly with each bite. I wasn’t expecting fast food to nail a classic snack like this, but Sonic definitely delivered. It’s one of those simple treats I’ll be craving again soon.

Tried to order at one of the stalls and was told they weren’t doing delivery to car service that we had to go through the drive through. No explanation, the screens were on and in working order. Went through the drive and got food, parked in a spot and ate. When we were finishing, a pickup truck parked in the same stall I did and proceeded to place an order. We’ll I got heated and matched right into their kitchen and asked to speak to the manager. A gentleman who could bot speak English very well and could barely understand me, tried to tell they couldn’t take my order at the stall because it was raining. When I tried to place my order it wasn’t raining. Then he said the credit card reader was broken. I told him I’ve experienced that problem at a Sonic before and they could take the card inside and run the card for payment, but we didn’t get to point anyway because I couldn’t order. I was extremely aggravated and said I would call corporate and air my concerns to them. As I walked out one of the employees laughed. I turned right back around and said none of this is funny as I looked her in the eye. She denied saying anything but I know she did. She and the manager are very unprofessional and a lot of training in customer service. They are rude and very unprofessional. No wonder that location doesn’t have much traffic go through there. Maybe it will close and will be jobless, would serve them right.

I had the cheeseburger meal. First of all, I could not order online. I went to drive in and ordered. I ate my food, and within 10 minutes, I could not stop going to the bathroom. My stomach started bubbling. I live in PA and work in Flemington. I could not even make it home before going again. This was after only eating half the burger. No more SONIC IN Flemington, NJ

I pulled up to the drive-through and I was waiting at the box for like 5 to 7 minutes. Nobody said anything so then I’m waiting in line because the car is in front of me. We’re also waiting for about 10 to 15 minutes so much for fast food, huh? Then, when I finally get to the line, they give me a major attitude like it was my fault that I couldn’t place my order because their box was broken. I’m not sure if they’re short staffed or whatever the issue is but this is ridiculous and completely unprofessional hire more people or close the place down because you’re not doing a great job, Honestly, I really want my money back
