Black tea is complete garbage. Learn how to make it! Equal parts tea with water AND shaken with ice to get that signature foam on the top is the basic way it’s made, so I shouldn’t have to ask for either of those. Not to mention, the tea tasted like it was 2 days old and looked thick as apple cider. Tea should be clear enough to see through. Starbucks should take their name off of the shop.

Would do lower if I could. I just went in there for my drink as someone who’s both vegan and extremely lactose intolerant, asked them for oat milk and even left a good tip and she added whole milk right in front of me. When I asked if that was for my order, the manager got defensive and said “I don’t have time to look at every single orders ticket” and just spilled it in the sink and reused the SAME cup without even cleaning it out to remake my drink. I used to be a repeat costumer, and will never be going back to this location for their carelessness. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, I would not recommend.

Great experience at this location! The manager was just as excited about the Iced Cherry Chai as we were. She convinced me (tho it didn’t take much convincing, haha) to try a cherry lemonade and it was amazing! WHY have I not thought of this before?? This is a location where the associates truly love what they do. If you’re looking for a wonderful experience, don’t hesitate to stop by here!!

The few times I’ve visited this location, the woman that was working was unfriendly and acted somewhat bothered by the fact that she had to wait on people. She filled my cup half full and added like 2 inches of whipped cream when I asked for light whip. I paid nearly $7 for this drink, so I expect it to be made correctly. No other Starbucks location gives me trouble like this. I will NOT be back to this location.

Placed a mobile order and arrived early. Decided I would just wait in the store vs the car and when I bypassed the register to stand by the “pick-up” side of the counter, the employees started talking about how I must be the mobile order who couldn’t have placed the order more than 5 minutes ago, and said something to the tune of, “usually I’m working hard and in a rush but now I’m slowing down” as if I wasn’t standing right there. In the midst of her slowing down, she made one of our drinks incorrectly. Wouldn’t recommend existing in front of these employees for more than 30 seconds if you place a mobile order.

I go here often as it’s close to my work. They make the drinks perfectly, and the staff are friendly and helpful. To the point that last week I left my debt card in the card reader, and they knew where I worked by my uniform and called over to let me know they had it. So far above and beyond the call of duty. I love CeCe she’s fabulous. This place is fabulous. That make amazing coffee, different then most Starbucks (in the best way). Feels like the best kind of local coffee shop and the people that work there work hard and are dedicated. I will forever come to this location only.

Exceptional!! The young woman working behind the counter couldn’t provide my son with the drink he wanted(which he was the only reason we went lol) but suggested another and he was willing to take that. She then provided him with a suggestion if he goes to another Starbucks, to put this in his drink instead of this, cause she figured he would like it sweeter…boy did he!! Thank you for your fast thinking and outstanding customer service!!
