Awful customer service. For a 20 minute online order they took an hour even though I was sitting there waiting patiently and then told me it’s because they prioritize smaller orders . I ordered 6 smoothies and watched them make 6 car orders and 7 in person orders before even starting mine. I asked for a refund and they refused even though they didn’t even start my order yet. Awful management.

My fiancé and i love smoothie king, but for some reason this one always does us dirty. when the smoothies are made correctly, they taste great. But there have been multiple incidences that the smoothie was missing ingredients or we would be waiting forever for one. we came today ordered two hulks, left the store my fiance drank his and it tasted nothing like the hulk. so i told him to take it back. We have been sitting here for almost 45 mins for them to remake and it’s still not done. no smoothie should ever take this long especially if it’s someone coming in for a second time so they can remake it…

If I could rate this place lower, I would. I got some really good smoothies the first few times I came here, but it has been hit or miss after that (mostly miss). They skip ingredients that are supposed to go in the smoothies, they remake them worse somehow, and if you pay for added ingredients, they just don’t put them in there, even though you paid for them. I will definitely not be back. This place is a joke. Even the manager won’t help if there is an issue.
Edit: The manager did reach out and offer me a few free smoothies to make up for the poor service I received.

Sat in the line for 15 mins because the speaker was broke got to the window and spoke with a man named Josh and he barely acknowledged what i was saying as he was taking my order and I specifically asked him for the Gogi bowl and not to add honey or coconut and sure enough after waiting and 20 mins I got a blueberry banana bowl totally off from what I order. Then two nice girls came and asked me what I order and I told them. AND SURE ENOUGH THEY BRUNG ME A BOWL WITH COCONUT AND HONEY ALL OVER it’s actually kinda funny because I was the calmest ever after waiting almost an hour in line. Definitely recommend having people who comprehend in the window. Just saying.

It took more than 10 mins to get the smoothie. They added ice at least 4 times. The flavor was ice with almond shell. It was watery and spilled all over my car. I got a refund but they blamed the recipe when I get tit all the time.

Management refuses to acknowledge how low starting pay results in inferior service and long wait times for customers. Additionally, when card paying customers are asked to tip, the money is withheld from the crew and used by management to buy new equipment. Beware when you are asked to tip! Management also violates federal law by suppressing employee discussions about pay. As a customer, I will not be ordering from this location ever again.

Love the smoothies bad service. Ordered the smoothie for pickup before I arrive because it takes so long. Walked in the store wasn’t greeted or acknowledged until I stood at checkout.

They truly have the best smoothies but, it take exactly 30 minutes ,m or more to get your smoothie. There are never enough employees or drive thru is broken. It is too small. They really need to consider a big place and add more employees. Do not know if it is management or the actual owners that are creating and not fixing the problems with service.
