Disappointed. I ordered the #3 Pork Spring Rolls and #14 Special Pho. The prices are low and the servings are underwhelming. My pho came with so little meat it was surprising. I almost asked her to add more but was worried about getting upcharged. The taste is alright at best. The service was fine. Overall, I am sorry to the owners, but I would not recommend this place to people. I’d recommend they increase the portions and add some meat to their servings first.

Food is so good. I’ve been coming here for years. You can ask them to tweak a dish if you don’t like something in it or add if desired. The owner and her sister are happy to accommodate. Healthy options plentiful.

The food was delicious and fresh. The owner is a sweet older lady who preps everything herself and she is the nicest lady. This is the best pho I’ve had in Longview!!! Give them a try!

I came in here for the first time and I don’t think I will ever come back.
I came around lunchtime to try some warm Pho on a cold day, and I was greeted by a 76-degree room temperature that made it oddly uncomfortable to dine in. However, I stuck it out since I saw an elderly lady running the restaurant by herself.
I ordered the combination Pho, and it took a normal amount of time to come out. HOWEVER, this is where things just go downhill.
The Pho comes out with a small plate of fixings to go along, and I can already tell that the fixings are quite old. it is an average sized bowl, but the meat to noodle ratio was VERY lacking. I then had to get up and go around to other tables to get certain dressings and fixings; this wasn’t bad but it’s just another thing that added onto my already bad experience.
I then got up and asked the lady if she had any chopsticks, she then replied in the smuggest and annoyed tone saying that there were NONE. In my mind, I was thinking what type of establishment that sells noodles not have chopsticks?
The only reason why I’m not giving this place a 1-star review is because of how cheap the Pho was. However, I cannot agree that I got the experience that I paid for.
I don’t if I got unlucky and came in on a bad day, but my experience was so bad that I will not be going back for a second chance.

The food is consistently good but the store is sometimes closed several hours before the end of the states business hours. The attached photos are #22 (beef, chicken, shrimp stir fry) and #G (vegetarian fried rice). It is as good as it looks!

Seriously the best Pho since we left Austin Texas!!! Please support this business as the lady was so sweet and friendly!!! We live in Paris and will gladly drive an hour and a half to get this delicious of a cuisine again!!! Amazing job Ma’am!!!

This restraunt has amazing food. In the many times we have been here the food has always been great. When we decide we want Vietnamese food we drive 80 miles to eat here. I love the fact fresh aromatics are served with spring rolls when in season.

To begin I walked in it was very cozy! I spoke and told the host I would be dining in. As I sat reading through the menu, she asked “do you know what you would like?” pleasantly. I placed my order and waited patiently for my appetizer. As I began eating, she later returned with entree in hand and asked if I knew how to use the utensils?(Chop Sticks) Yes ma’am I replied. She then came back and instructed me on what to add to my my entree to have the best flavor. Great suggestion it was. Food was so good had my forehead sweating and tastebuds jumping! I also made a new friend! Rosie, I will be coming back to visit.
