This was my goto spot for pizza over the past 3 years. Here of late they dont have any toppings in usually order, no sides we usually order and now today word games over bacon toppings. Instead of bacon I get a ham infested pizza with undercooked cheese and dough. Excuses excuses excuses, it started before picking up my pizza. The guy manager called to tell inwas changed for sides they no longer have, then after picking up my pizza I find out its LOADED with ham *pukes*! Talked to thr manager and all they can say is “sorry we will refund you!” Never again, I’ll go to your competitors for now on!

Our order was delivered 20 minutes late. The garlic knots were not cooked and they were out of root beer so they gave us mountain dew . We’re uninstalling the app and giving our business to someone else.

Order was delivered to a house we couldn’t locate(the house described did not fit any house on our street). I was told a re-delivery would take another 20-30 minutes. It took a little over an hour. Once we received our order there were items missing. The driver was DoorDash and told us the person working at Papa John’s never handed out the items that were missing. I called for about 10 minutes straight trying to reach anyone at any extension and no one ever picked up. One star from my family.

Halloween and they were so slammed and their systems were down! I feel for them. Our order was late but they were trying their best and the manager/person I spoke to was calm, collected, and friendly. We did get our pizzas for the group of girls at our house so we are happy! Thanks y’all!

Ordered today and someone in the back must have been hungry. Also, they were so focused on getting the small slice out they forgot to go all the way through to the other end, leaving a big slice in the middle on the the other side

I rarely give a negative review unless self inflicted by the business that I’m reviewing. My past posts will verify my statements, past reviews. My experience at this particular Papa John’s was horrific within all customer service boundries.
I arrived around 11:15 am to take advantage of their buy 1 large pizza, get another 1 large pizza free. I saw the ads on YouTube and verified as advertised.
My first walk in I encountered 3 employees in the establishment. There were 2 in the back area in which I sighted 1 with possible earplugs and only heard the other banging on something metal. The 3rd was on my side of the register and was waiting for pizzas, ect. with an empty heat bag on the counter. I’m not 100 % sure, but I’ll take that as an accurate logistical guess!
I WAS NOT greeted in ANY MANNER whatsoever!!!! After 4-6 minutes, I walked out to my vehicle to retrieve my phone. I returned into the main door, the small waiting area without ANY changes since my first departure. I’m waiting another 3-4 minute’s with the exact, same experience as the first, minute’s earlier. A single acnoligment would have absolutely changed my experience and review. I shall not return to that location for the reason of driving away extremely disappointed, I happened to drive near a Domino’s location which had excellent customer service, 2 large excellent fresh pizzas, and I walked out under $20 and left $6.00 tip! The ^other” pizzareia saved my morning, Kudos!!!!! The single star for service had to be applied, but honestly not to be applied Papa John.

I’ve been waiting three months for a refund on an order I never received! I’ve called three times, left two emails, and was promised once by the manager and once by the district manager that I would get my money in 3-5 business days. Every time I go to order from this location I check my bank and notice the many hasn’t been returned. I am giving them one last chance to make it right. If they fail to I will be disputing the charge and filling a letter with the better business bureau.

I got the 2 medium 2 topping deal and one of the pizzas I added a 3rd topping, jalapeño, and that was left off but I paid for it. It was slow so this is a big oversight
