Service was great. Nice little restaurant. It was a bit too hot out to enjoy the patio. But would Definitely be worth a trip during the summer.
Ordered the bake cheese dip to start. Really enjoyed it. Goes really good with the toasted baguettes.
Full menu of options for drinks. No frozen drinks tho. They do not have a blender. They carry Faygo pop and that was a real treat.
Ordered the chicken Caesar salad. If I had known that, the salad came premixed I would’ve asked for the salad dressing on the side. It turned the Romain lettuce, soggy quickly. Couldn’t take the left overs. Dressing was on the bitter side.
Also, tried the fire bird sandwich. Bun gave it good texture. Not a fan of the topping choices. Didn’t go well with the cheese and sauce.
I was excepting a little more from the menu. Smaller menu. Will be back.

Met up with some old friends at Firebird recently & had an amazing experience. The food, drinks and folks working there were all great & the look and feel of the place was great. It was a nice night for enjoying the outdoor seating and the wait staff was friendly and did a good job of reading our group and gave is plenty of time to chat and make or order choices. The fish tacos were outstanding. Will be back for sure!

We just held a baby shower in the enclosed outdoor Patio at the Troy location, January 18th. Was worried it would be cold since it was in the low 20s outside and windy, but it was wonderful. Staff was wonderful to work with from all the pre-planning with Jenna through the entire staff at the Troy Location. Servers were very attentive to all the guests. Manager worked with us on how and when we wanted the appetizers served, followed by lunch and then dessert. It was a great location for the shower. It was like having it in our own backyard but with service and none of the cleanup! The fireplace with the chairs by it was a great place to display prizes for the guests and a great place for the new mom and dad to open the gifts with everyone being able to see. It was easy to walk around and talk to everyone. We will definitely recommend to our friends for future events.

My wife and I went there for our weekly Saturday date night dinner out. Busy place on a Saturday evening. We both ordered the Philly steak and cheese. Food was decent, service good and sports on multiple televisions could be watched from any seat in the place. Decent place but nothing to write home about.

This place is fantastic. The bartender, Leah (better known as “bravo”) is incredibly sweet and makes one of the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had. Trivia night on Wednesday is a great time and the food is phenomenal. We’re thinking Wednesday trivia is going to be a regular thing from now on. Thanks Bravo!!!

This is the most not-hidden hidden-gem in Troy. Right on Rochester Rd, Firebird is a lovely little spot great for everyone. We went on a Saturday afternoon and enjoyed the brunch menu while sitting on the patio. The road noise is very obvious but the covered porch is just the best. The temperature was perfect and it was fenced so our little one could go between our table and play with the yard games they had available without us worrying about them wandering into traffic. The food was great, the service was good and we will definitely be back.

The atmosphere is lively yet not rambunctious (didn’t think I’d use that word this year). The servers know their stuff and are kind.
Every item I got was great, and I’ll recommend the pretzel appetizer and the poutine. I’ll come back just for these, alone. All the apps were good tbh, so this may end up being a good place to just grab appetizers together and have a good time, in a small group.
For entrees, I need to go more times to try more items, but the namesake item (Firebird sandwich) was delicious and had a huge.

What a fun time. We stayed in the “Lodge”, a little enclosed patio area with a fireplace & a bunch of flat screens. Super cozy, if you get cold, they even have a blanket ladder or two.
We weren’t there long & we had our first round and some appetizers. That baked cheese dip was every bit as good as it looked in the video I’ve posted below.
I can’t even begin to tell how good my fish taco dinner was. Thats a lie, Ive begun lol.
Bite size fried fish, grilled flour tortillas, a cilantro cabbage slaw, all complimented with pickled red onions & a spicy sriracha sauce. Fingers to lips delicious. As if that wasn’t enough it’s served some flavorful grilled street corn, I will most likely order an extra side of this when I return.
I highly recommend this spot to watch a game, meet some friends on the patio, date night or if you just want some good food.
